“Nice comfortable chair but the armrests could do with a little more padding my elbows leave an indent in the arm, a big downside with the tracking app showed my chair still in Manchester even though the delivery driver was at the door”

“I live in a tiny flat and I needed something to give it a bit of ambience, so I bought a nice fire but it is very dark when on the highest level and can hardly be seen so it makes no difference and really defeats the object. I took a photo of it but the camera decides what it takes and the human eye version is very different so I can't even send a photo because in the photo it looks wonderful but in real life not so, so we'll probably get rid of it quite soon at a cost of over £200 and buy one that I can see working in a shop disappointed really”

“I bought a bio ethanol fire place from living and home. It came and had a dint in it. I have emailed the store about the issue and rang multiple times but have received no answer from Living and Home to resolve the matter.”

“Very poor company. Ordered an electric fire and they sent the completely wrong one. Customer Service number always saying no one to answer call, online chat never available and emails take over a week to respond. Avoid like the plague. If I could give no stars I would”

“The heater lid is a little off line due to the screw holes not being in line with each other, so the top square, the lid, looks a little odd, apart from that it looks nice”
