“Instructions ok, don’t tighten the screws before everything’s in place, as nothing really lines up. Ensure you know what gas bottle is needed as it looks like 13kg when it’s actually 6kg. Looks fine when complete”

“Not arrived ! Purchased 17 July. Goods are stuck with XDP courier ! I’ve had several emails from Kelina - no joy yet. I can’t even talk to courier as they won’t speak to me ! Once hoods eventually arrive I can review ! Check your records please !”

“At first I thought it was good but when my chair with footstool arrived there was no legs with the footstool I emailed you and was told that you where sorry and could I send a photo of the chair and the footstool you then apologies and said that you would send them then I received a package containing numerous bolts and nuts no legs I sent another email I received another email this morning saying that the legs would be another 4 to six weeks so I have asked for a full refund I have not had any response from you yet”

“Ceiling fan came without screws and washers. Tried to phone but had to leave a message where it said would get back to me in 48 hours. Did not! What would have been a £50 Job ended up costing me £250 as the electrician had to go on a wild goose chase to find the extra small fibre washers and screws! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN!”

“I bought a new Parasol but the base didn't arrive, the base was lost by the courier. I emailed them and the next day I had the base. Excellent service a quick reply regarding issues with the missing parcel, I was impressed with the customer service, overall excellent.”
