“The heater lid is a little off line due to the screw holes not being in line with each other, so the top square, the lid, looks a little odd, apart from that it looks nice”

“I ordered my 13kW bullet heater on the Monday. The price was the best value I could find online, made even better with the offer in of a free Patio Heater Ceiling Hanging Lamp 500/1000/1500W and free delivery- how could I refuse?! I did not receive confirmation of dispatch, and my free ceiling patio heater arrived on the Wednesday. I was confused as the entire order appeared to have been dispatched under the same tracking number. On checking with Living and Hime via email, they confirmed the bullet heater would be arriving shortly. I did receive an email from The courier on Saturday morning and sure enough, it arrived within the time scale of which I was notified. During unpacking I noticed there were some nuts and bolts missing when compared to the contents outlined in the manual. After a string of emails and no seemingly no further forward after 5 days, I went out and purchased the missing components from my local Screwfix. Eventually, I did receive a response from Living and Home who promised to assist and the matter was eventually resolved. On balance, I’m delighted with my bullet heater and content with the service I have received.”

“Chair is lovely, however the stool has already broken. My 6 year old put his knee on it and a sound like braking foam board happened. We now have a footstool that looks beautiful but has a knee hole when you feel it!”

“Ordered a gas patio heater from here and later checked reviews which were a bit of a mixed bag however my order came in the time stated, I built it that day the instructions very easy to follow and had it built in no time at all, attached a gas bottle that I thought was empty just to check I had the right connection and tried to light it up, and yes first time no problem there was gas in the bottle, safe to say I’m one happy lady, a great heater at one amazing price, thank you Luving and Home I shall enjoy evenings in the garden over the summer when it gets a bit cooler I shall be cosy cosy. I would have no hesitation in ordering more items from this company.”
