Bought a green house frame was so bad I emailed to see if they could help with parts that did not slide together as instructions said I was told I put it together wrong . My dad is a fitter and has undertaken hundreds of building projects so I know he knew what he was doing . He has now built me a secure frame for the very cheep frame I bought from this company please steer clear from this company . They said what parts were broken I sent pictures with no reply.. they e mailed me quick at first then silence .. I will not use them again . Disappointed

Product is good…. When it finally turned up. Said 3-5 day delivery. After 10 days I had to chase. Delivery company is useless no updates. Customers services just sent a generic email blaming the delivery company. When it turned up it had a giant boot print on the packaging so clearly don’t look after items but thankfully the item was ok and am pleased. So 5 star product, 1 star service, hence average rating, 3 stars.

Not as advertised, but I didn't check my receipt closely enough. I paid 70 quid & to send back my order would have cost me 40. I will put it down to experience but won't be purchasing from Living and Home again

Recently bought an inset fire for my feature wall from Living & Home. The fire was dispatched almost immediately & received notification from them and the delivery company. Unfortunately the delivery company had somehow mislaid it. I contacted Living & Home customer service & they immediately sent another via a different delivery company & I received it the following day. The day after that, the initially delivery company arrived with the fire that had been mislaid so didn't accept the delivery & advised them to return it to Living & Home as they had sent me another. Their customer service kept me fully updated & were extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as they were excellent. Also extremely happy with the fire & they were the most competitively priced. Thank you 👏

Wee bit of a delay with the order but Trico was extremely helpful and prompt to respond. Love our gas heater. It’s a game changer. Highly recommend it.

Almost impossible to contact by phone, and if you do manage to get them, they have very little knowledge about their products. A faulty burner unit was reported and they want a video of it NOT working! Video sent but they say it was not received. Basically their not interested.

Very nice chair so I'm pleased. No issues with delivery either. The only thing I would say is that the instructions were not clear enough and for someone who is not good at diy a lot more needs to be written on them.
