I am so disappointed with the service, delivery should have been at beginning of May for a special birthday present! After complaining and being told it had been delivered to then being offered another delivery in3/7 day it has been agreed that a refund will be issued! You need to look at changing delivery companies that are more reliable. Would i buy through you again or recommend you! No, I wouldn’t!

Orded set of 4 chairs and one pair of legs is faulty. Won't fit. Been emailing support for over a week proses a new set of legs by one person the. Told I can o ly get a set of 4 and do a swap for the faulty set. Was allso offers 15 pound refund which was down right stupid. It happy

Not great. Ordered table and 4 chairs. Table stand has scratches and rust. Chairs are poor quality, couldn't build one due to supporting bar not attaching to bolts. One seat has dye transfer on seat base. Company asked me to pay postage for the replacement of faulty goods. New chair arrived yesterday, really considering getting a refund on the lot!

Bought a green house frame was so bad I emailed to see if they could help with parts that did not slide together as instructions said I was told I put it together wrong . My dad is a fitter and has undertaken hundreds of building projects so I know he knew what he was doing . He has now built me a secure frame for the very cheep frame I bought from this company please steer clear from this company . They said what parts were broken I sent pictures with no reply.. they e mailed me quick at first then silence .. I will not use them again . Disappointed

Not as advertised, but I didn't check my receipt closely enough. I paid 70 quid & to send back my order would have cost me 40. I will put it down to experience but won't be purchasing from Living and Home again

Almost impossible to contact by phone, and if you do manage to get them, they have very little knowledge about their products. A faulty burner unit was reported and they want a video of it NOT working! Video sent but they say it was not received. Basically their not interested.

Absolutely appalling customer service having seen an item for 0.00 then purchasing it 3 days later after dispatch told me I had to pay 79.99 when it was advertised at 0.00 the product came with no light base and when I contacted them to arrange return delivery they told me if I pay the 79.99 they will send me the base to the light I asked numerous times for return delivery but only after 4 days of emails back and forth did they finally understand my request disgusting service

For sure we are missing parts D1 and D4. Potentially also part 13 – but we think this has been mis-labelled within the pack as we have an extra of something else and the shape looks to match 13 so maybe OK there. Without D1 and D4 we (in some ways fortunately) fall at the first hurdle of construction. Waiting for contact regarding this!

The greenhouse I bought for £315 isn't worth £30 it's worst load of rubbish I have ever bought in my life and I am 75years old.

I ordered this product as it was very good value for money. On receiving the item, I was very happy…until I opened the box and saw the contents. I ordered a fire which in the description said I could change between logs and crystals, and also change the colour. I specifically ordered this one because of this. There was two different ones and the one I ordered was I believe around £20 more which I was happy to pay for the colour change and Crystal/log interchange. The item I received doesn’t do either of these. Unfortunately I then went on to the item I ordered and read the description, which has been changed and no longer said this, and I can’t see a product the same which does have it, so I am not happy at all. In all honesty I feel as though I have been conned and would not purchase from your company again.

Ordered 2 items. One was faulty. Was made to ‘prove’ it was faulty by sending a video before they’d consider doing anything about it. Really poor customer service. Wouldn’t willingly use them again.
