“Our title was erroneously put in my name only, rather than as tenants by the entireties, as It was before and should have been. After I complained, this appears to have been corrected. The broker with whom I dealt, although he was sick, has been helpful and good to deal with.”

“Andy was great and very helpful. He did a great job even during emergency fires in his area. He was always prompt with responses. The refinance was delayed due to switching lenders halfway. Although this didn't not impact my lone rate, it was frustrating. The advertisements from Loan drone were intentionally designed to look like there were coming from my current lender. It wasn't tell after starting the process I noticed very fine print indicating they were not associated. This seems like a very shady practice and is the main reason I am only giving 3 stars.”

“Rick was and is awesome to deal with. Always honest and upfront about everything I talked to him about. I will keep Rick phone number for future use. As far as I’m concerned he will be my loan broker forever. I pass out his number every time I can.”

“My wife and I were first time home buyers and after 3 years of owning it, we decided to refinance. We were very nervous based on our inexperience with the mortgage loan process. We ended up contacting Kristi and she was incredible. She made sure she answered our non-stop questioning and we constantly told her how much we appreciated that. She was completely professional and caring and I definitely recommend her. She made the process as smooth as possible with quick results.”

“Refinancing can be a scary and daunting process. However, Kurt made the experience easy and pleasant despite being the 2,500 miles distance, literally across the country.
