“They never respond to emails or phone calls. I’m starting to think this place is a scam. Like, no follow up what’s so ever. They advertise they close in 14 days this is false advertising. Also, on their website they say 20% down payment on long term rental loans. That’s not true it’s actually 25% down payment NOT 20% like they advertise on the website.”

“They never follow up, they dont answer emails, if you call you will be talking to 3-5 different people and not close on anything or get financing its a shame and this service should be closed waste of time.”

Hi Michael, We apologize if you feel that way about our company. However our loan offices do their best to respond to all calls and emails. However you may think our company is a scam, we fund many deals and have lots reviews from our clients that felt we here at LoanGuys.com get the job done. “Their motto should be 'Way Overpromise, Way Under Deliver, Never Follow-up. Probably the most novice team I have ever worked with. Its literally a game of Whos on First. Talk to 3 different people working my loan and i get 3 different answers. They advertised a quick close, none of my 2 deals closed anywhere close to on time. The amount of avoided obstacles is completely laughable. Run walk away from these guys!!”

The amount of avoided obstacles is completely laughable. Luckily, 2 out of the 3 sellers stuck it out the 3rd demanded $$ to keep the deal (and my EMD) alive. The loan I pulled from them closed BEFORE the other two that they had been working for 3+ weeks. Run, don't walk away from these guys!!”

“Classic case of "Over promised and under delivered" - They didn't even try to close on time! It took over two weeks just to get the appraisal ordered. They are either absolute beginners or the epitome of incompetence. With perfect credit and strong assets this deal should have been a slam dunk! Instead, I was dragged along and fed nonsense with zero chance of a timely closing.”

We at LoanGuys.com guarantee a quick closing. We apologize if you felt as though the process took longer than expected. However our team does their best to make sure our clients get their loans on time. The last thing we would want is a stressed out customer who feels as though their loan will never close. “You promise a lot but do not provide. Very poor communication. My closing was delayed 3 times. At closing terms were different that what I was quoted. Will not recommend this co.”
