“Their motto should be 'Overpromise, Under Deliver. Probably the most novice team I have ever worked with. They advertised a quick close, none of my three deals closed anywhere close to on time. The amount of avoided obstacles is completely laughable. Luckily, 2 out of the 3 sellers stuck it out the 3rd demanded $$ to keep the deal (and my EMD) alive. The loan I pulled from them closed BEFORE the other two that they had been working for 3+ weeks. Run, don't walk away from these guys!!”

“Classic case of "Over promised and under delivered" - They didn't even try to close on time! It took over two weeks just to get the appraisal ordered. They are either absolute beginners or the epitome of incompetence. With perfect credit and strong assets this deal should have been a slam dunk! Instead, I was dragged along and fed nonsense with zero chance of a timely closing.”

We at LoanGuys.com guarantee a quick closing. We apologize if you felt as though the process took longer than expected. However our team does their best to make sure our clients get their loans on time. The last thing we would want is a stressed out customer who feels as though their loan will never close. We make sure that our team is constantly updating and informing the customers about what is going on with their loan.

“You promise a lot but do not provide. Very poor communication. My closing was delayed 3 times. At closing terms were different that what I was quoted. Will not recommend this co.”
