“My clients just close with Loan Guys. They are very efficient and have a lot of resources. I’m glad they can close the loan in three weeks. Josh is my loan officer and he was very good and very great. He answered all the questions regarding the transactions. If any problems arise he had taken care of us very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Loan Guys!!!!”

“Lender missed close date on new purchase. Absolutely no communication from Nate or Daniel. They were not returning calls days before closing and completely ignored me. Please run far away from this awful company”

“The number one thing I love about these guys is that they’re pushers. They push your deal to close asap (provided you’re competent like me) I got my money and my Loan Officer Benjamin was super helpful. We closed my 300,000 loan. They know what’s up!”

“LoanGuys are by far the best mortgage lender I have ever done business with! They were extremely responsive and fast at getting me my money for a rental property. I purchased a $475k property with only 20% down payment. I didn’t have to show any income! Thank you LoanGuys for all of your help!”

“They charged me $800 for an appraisal that never happened. Then they stopped responding to any of my attempts to contact them. I continue to get spammed by their automated emails.”

Hello there. Here at Loan Guys we do not order any appraisals without the consent of the client. You must be referring to a different mortgage company.

“Being new to the private money world, I decided to give Loan Guys a shot. They were able to help me get my second investment property and were able to work with me without the hassle of going through a conventional bank. I am very happy with the customer service and how easy their process is to get your loan funded. We closed before the contract date and my loan officer, Benjamin, was able to beat the quote I got from a different private money lender. Will definitely do more business with them in the future!”

“Loan Guys help me close my first investment property that I tried many places to get. It was a triplex in TX that for some reason keep getting dragged by other lenders and LoanGuys was able to get it done quickly. “They never respond to emails or phone calls. I’m starting to think this place is a scam. Like, no follow up what’s so ever. They advertise they close in 14 days this is false advertising. Also, on their website they say 20% down payment on long term rental loans. That’s not true it’s actually 25% down payment NOT 20% like they advertise on the website.”

“They never follow up, they dont answer emails, if you call you will be talking to 3-5 different people and not close on anything or get financing its a shame and this service should be closed waste of time.”

However you may think our company is a scam, we fund many deals and have lots reviews from our clients that felt we here at LoanGuys.com get the job done. “Their motto should be 'Way Overpromise, Way Under Deliver, Never Follow-up. Probably the most novice team I have ever worked with. Its literally a game of Whos on First. Talk to 3 different people working my loan and i get 3 different answers. They advertised a quick close, none of my 2 deals closed anywhere close to on time. The amount of avoided obstacles is completely laughable. Run walk away from these guys!!”

The amount of avoided obstacles is completely laughable. Luckily, 2 out of the 3 sellers stuck it out the 3rd demanded $$ to keep the deal (and my EMD) alive. The loan I pulled from them closed BEFORE the other two that they had been working for 3+ weeks. Run, don't walk away from these guys!!”
