“Lender missed close date on new purchase. Absolutely no communication from Nate or Daniel. They were not returning calls days before closing and completely ignored me. Please run far away from this awful company”

“The number one thing I love about these guys is that they’re pushers. They push your deal to close asap (provided you’re competent like me) I got my money and my Loan Officer Benjamin was super helpful. We closed my 300,000 loan. They know what’s up!”

“They charged me $800 for an appraisal that never happened. Then they stopped responding to any of my attempts to contact them. I continue to get spammed by their automated emails.”

Hello there. Here at Loan Guys we do not order any appraisals without the consent of the client. You must be referring to a different mortgage company.

“Being new to the private money world, I decided to give Loan Guys a shot. They were able to help me get my second investment property and were able to work with me without the hassle of going through a conventional bank. I am very happy with the customer service and how easy their process is to get your loan funded.
