“I am very pleased with the results. I couldnt find anyone to do a 5plex loan since its considered commercial, but the loan guys really came through. A few bumps in the road (just like any closings nowadays due to delays in appraisals), but everything promised was delivered. Shervin Modir really pull it together for me and answered my calls. We’ll definitely do business with them again…”

“I was in need of a mortgage and having some issues. I have limited time and my scores are coming down. was at 542, 566, and 569. It's boiling down to my DTI due to my extremely high car payment with 17.99% interest. I came across a review about (fixmycredit at writeme dot com) and wanted to know how it'll work to fix my credit. To cut the long story short, in less than 1 month i worked with them, My scores improved to 781 and finally got approved for the mortgage.”

“Classic case of "Over promised and under delivered" - They didn't even try to close on time! It took over two weeks just to get the appraisal ordered. They are either absolute beginners or the epitome of incompetence. With perfect credit and strong assets this deal should have been a slam dunk! Instead, I was dragged along and fed nonsense with zero chance of a timely closing.”

We at LoanGuys.com guarantee a quick closing. We apologize if you felt as though the process took longer than expected. However our team does their best to make sure our clients get their loans on time. The last thing we would want is a stressed out customer who feels as though their loan will never close. “You advertise how fast the company can close a loan but my loan was delayed weeks because the team I was assigned to didn't know what they were doing. I had to escalate my loan multiple times to finally get it closed. I submitted all my documentation on time and nothing on my end was holding anything up. The only thing that held the closing was the Loan Guys not doing there due diligence to get the loan closed. I almost lost my deal because the buyer thought I couldn't close. I would not use this company again unless I absolutely had to. I gave 2 stars because the loan did close so I was appreciative of that.”

“I got the loan but it took over 6 months from start to finish. It was a commercial loan but everything that could went wrong. They tried to make it better but it just did not happen. Even now they have not paid the insurance on the properties so I am paying twice for insurance. They tried but it was a problem almost all the way through. Try them but be ready to experience a problem or two.”

“You promise a lot but do not provide. Very poor communication. My closing was delayed 3 times. At closing terms were different that what I was quoted. Will not recommend this co.”

“I was a bit apprehensive (given the name) but I couldn't ask for a better experience. Addison and the management team were very professional and communicated exceptionally well. Not only were they responsive but they also took extra effort to reach out and give me updates proactively. They answered all my questions and gave clear instructions and information. The entire process was perfect! I would highly recommend them.”
