Hey Janki We emailed you yesterday to explain you were one of a handful of customers affected by a glitch in our despatch system the prevented your order being sent. We sent you an email yesterday letting you know we've now fixed the problem and are sending you a free Brownie Mix to say sorry. “I have only had a wrap and a sandwich so far, and I do like Lo-Dough, in concept and taste, but getting used to the very full feeling after eating, which I find very uncomfortable, is going to take some getting use to.”

You were one of a handful of customers affected by a glitch in our despatch system and we sent you an email yesterday letting you know we've spotted the problem, fixed it and are sending you a free Brownie Mix to say sorry. “For a very low calorie option, it’s a great pizza base. It could be a little bit bigger considering how few calories are in it as I was still very hungry afterwards. Haven’t used it for anything else yet but it’s a brilliant product just very overpriced.”

It's taken us 3 years of hard dedicated work to bring our product to market and it really upsets us to hear about it when someone has a bad experience. We genuinely believe that when prepared correctly Lo-Dough doesn't have the texture or taste of cardboard. “Great as a pizza base or used as a replacement for cheese on toast but takes a bit of getting used to as a wrap. For the calories and carb count pretty good though”

“The taste and texture are fantastic! They could do with being about 50% bigger. The main reason I couldn't use these as often as I'd like (probably 4-10 a day) is simply cost. At £2 each these are far out of my price range. If it was 50p-£1 per pack of 2, I would buy them all the time.”
