“The product is acceptable - a very good effort given the ingredients and what it is trying to achieve. I ate it toasted as a wrap and it was good. It was not, as I had feared, a piece of polystyrene. I was shocked by the amount of packaging - unrecyclable plastic. One pouch for 2 pieces. Shows lack of vision to launch a new product in this day and age that does not have eco-friendly packaging. A biodegradable packaging would greatly enhance the offering.”

“Initial issues with my order being delivered in the timeframe communicated to me. However after contacting Lo Dough I am really pleased with the fast and efficient response and how Ben has managed my compensation for this. As a returning customer I am glad my complaint was dealt with in a professional and personable manner and will definitely be re purchasing. Thank you”

Hi Keira, So sorry you had this experience. We had a glitch in our despatch system as I explained on email a handful of orders failed to print. Your order was dispatched on Monday as promised, however, I've discovered the post office made an error and didn't process your order as first class. Double mistake whammy! We're gutted this happened to you. Your tracking says it will be with you tomorrow. Sincere apologies for the delays. We work really hard to make sure issues like this are prevented. “Being on a ketogenic diet is quite difficult when trying to find replacements for bread and such. Me and my husband just had a pizza with lo dough... Amazing. We're in love!! Decent texture, doesnt go massively floppy so holds its shape. Fab. Buying more”

“L'alternative lo dough est top niveau goût, macro friendly et low kcal. Je les utilise en tant que tortilla pour des wraps principalement, ou en tant que base pour quiches ou pizzas. Petit problème de livraison pour le brownie mix que je n'ai pas reçu, mais le SAV a su être réactif, j'ai hâte de le recevoir et de le tester !”

“I ordered my first order on the 14/07 and still waiting 10days later for it to arrive when tracked says still waiting for supplier, 2-3 working days on postage this is not the case. Been looking forward to trying this product guess I will keep waiting.”

“Still awaiting delivery, Royal Mail have been notified it's ready but have not yet delivered. Contacted Lo Dough by email but yet to received a reply. Not impressed, especially when P&P and product are expensive.”

“Lo dough pieces are a great versatile addition to our low carb diet. With a bit of imagination you can use them for main meals or for snacking without worrying about too much about the carb count. Just tried the chocolate brownies very more-ish. Thanks lo-dough”
