“Although the Lo-Dough itself has little taste, it feels like you're eating something substantial - but the great thing is that it's only 39 calories! Much lower than a slice of typical gluten-free bread. I tried frying mine but it went quite hard so now use it as a wrap, straight from the packet. My only criticism is regarding the packaging. I bought a pack of 8 but found that they are still packed in packs of 2, so there is an awful lot of plastic involved. Could they not be packaged together as 8?”

“Thought I’d give the Brownie mix a try as I have been craving chocolate but trying to stay low sugar/carb. I was really impressed. It’s easy to make, you can jazz it up with fruit and/or nuts and it tastes great.”

“So far, I've only tried doing a pizza and really enjoyed it. I was a bit tentative with browning the lo-dough at first, but once the pan got really hot it was fast. The texture when freshly-cooked was excellent, but as it cooled it was less pizza-like to my taste - eat them hot! Looking forward to trying some of the other options.”

“Great convenience food to have in the cupboard. Quick, simple and easy to turn into so many of your favourites foods that you shouldn’t be eating any more. Being a diabetic I can now have pancakes, quiches, cup cakes and wraps without any worries. Love Lo-dough.”

“I purchased the Brownie mix after trying the lo- dough bases to use for a pizza (very good btw) back to the Brownies these may seem expensive but they make nine nice sized bites, no more expensive than a chocolate bar a day. The instructions are clear and very simple to make. The smell filled the kitchen whilst they where baking (lush) couldn’t wait to try one had to eat it warm. A fantastic product tasted amazing and I will be buying again.”
