“I tried the Lo-Dough as a pizza base and it worked OK. It's perhaps just a bit too low calorie and flimsy for an authentic pizza feel though. Being on keto I don't mind some extra calories. Where they work very well is for wraps which I'd use them again for. Note the pack of two needs to be used within 3 days once opened. For a pizza base it would be better if they were individually packaged to use one a week.”

“I made a quiche using lo-dough. It was very good. I still can't believe it's so few calories. Makes it the perfect base for many recipes. I'm going to make a chilli bowl next.”

“I have made cauliflower pizza base but decided it wasn't worth the effort. However, the lo-dough base is far more acceptable. It may not be as doughy as flour based pizza but it does the job well, it also doubles up as a wonderful burrito wrap.”
