“My son is moving onto the keto diet and he loves lo dough pizza and French toast and doesn't feel like he is missing out on his favourite foods. He loves the taste and texture of lo dough. Thank you for making a delicious product.”

“So far husband has only tried the cake mix which I made adding blueberries to the mix. It came out OK considering there is no fat in it but he said it left an after taste (sweeteners I presume) but has been eating it. We bought it because he has type 2 diabetes so it was the lack of sugar that was important and my own efforts hadn't been very successful.”

“I’m sorry, but the taste and texture were not nice, in my opinion. I added sugar, which improved the taste, but the texture still was unpleasant. The silicone cake rounds are wonderful, thank you”

“Love the chocolate brownies! Oh gosh, for such low calories, you get a burst of chocolaty goodness! I did not like the vanilla flavour though, which tasted very artificial. Purchased the chocolate bars, but have not tried them yet! I'm sure they are delicious! Good prices and fast delivery.”

“Used as an alternative for my newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic son. I made a pizza snack for lunch. No insulin needed as such low carb and he enjoyed it.”

“Lo-Dough has been a game changer for myself and my husband as we try try to get rid of our "lockdown pounds". Our 2 favourite products are the pizza bases and the sponge cake mix. Loading a pizza base with veggies and low cal cheese gives us a calorie light but flavour heavy meal, blitzed in a food processor they make an excellent base for veggie fritters, onion bhajis and fish cakes. The high fibre content means the meals are healthy and I stay feeling full for longer. The sponge mix is amazing,a we've used it for everything from a traditional sponge cake to microwave sponge puddings and the blueberry muffins we make are simply delicious.”

“I’ve always loved lo-dough from when I first discovered it. I’ve made my own pizza when the family have ordered in so I haven’t felt deprived. I have found on a keto diet that if you place a burger in the middle with lots of cheese then wrap in lo dough and bake it’s like a beef Wellington and so good! Love the southern fried crumb and just tried a lemon cake bar. Omg! Game changer. Yet to try the other flavours”

“Absolutely fantastic. Can be used as a wrap, pizza base, tart case and even as a chappati. The Brownie and Cake Mixes are amazing, low carb and low calories per serving. They all taste great, would definitely recommend.”

“For anyone on a low carb diet the pizza bases are very good. I haven't personally tried to make the other recipes suggested with these. I also ordered some brownie mix which is ok, and cake bars, but I find them too sweet for me and prefer to bake my own 'sweet treats'. I haven't yet used the Southern-Style Coating so can't review that.”
