“Good idea and can be worked into a few recipes for keto. Downside is pricey so hard to justify daily expense. One packet of wraps was wet and mushy, I'm not sure what caused that but again for the cost I was disappointed.”

“A truly lifechanger for me following a strict keto and low carb diet, managed to reverse my type 2 diabetes after 17 years. I truly love using lough dough , my first order was 2 packets by 2, but my second 8 packets by 2, being from Malta, i want to have a good supply...a lot of new recipes to explore and do using this ultra low carb dough...highly recomnend 🙂”

“I love it, the greatest find ever if you want low carbs. My husband and daughter love it. I have the two cookbooks and anything I’ve made we’ve loved. The pizzas are our favourite, usually. Friday night meal as I use up anything left in the fridge, delicious.”

“I have tried the pizza based, brownie mix and the southern style coating. All are good products and delightfully low carb. The pizza bases I doubts to be best when almost over cooked to really crisp up. The Brownie mix needs very thorough mixing but had a nice texture and is moist. The coating is better when started in oil to crisp up before cooking in the oven.”

“This was my 2nd purchase and I’m very pleased with the lo-dough. Love pizza and these make a great base. I’ve yet to try the other recipes but looking forward to trying them Good service and prompt delivery.”

“This was amazing!! I’m following a low carb diet and Was craving pizza by the end of week two, then I see an advert for Lo dough and have not looked back. Pizza tasted so good no horrible bloated feeling and the bases are very filling. I’m looking forward to trying more recipes using the lo dough!”

“I love the products from Lo-dough. I have ordered both recipe books and have enjoyed every one of the meals I have made. The pizzas are lives by the while family and the chicken Katsu Curry was amazing. Definitely recommend!”
