“I bought this as I’m on a low cal/lowish carb diet and saw it mentioned in a weight loss forum. Overall I’m pleased I tried it. It’s a clever product - round wrap style breads which are super low in carbs and calories. It comes in bags of two, and they can be eaten straight from the pack or heated/crisped up in a pan or microwave. As other reviewers have said, it really does taste of nothing. Because it’s a diet bread product I wasn’t necessarily expecting it to have flavour - it’s more a receptacle for other ingredients, enabling you to make toasties, pizzas and wraps. It has a slightly foamy texture, which is more noticeable when you microwave it. I didn’t love that about it, so stayed away from the the microwave recipes (such as ‘nachos’, which I thought were awful). The best way I ate it was making a simple folded-over hot sandwich in a frying pan with EatLean Protein Cheese. After the first couple of days ‘excitement’ of finding such a low cal bread product, I soon found myself not really wanting to eat it due to the texture and lack of flavour. So I can’t see myself buying this regularly. It’s a useful thing to have in the cupboard though for those dieting days when you’re low on calories/carbs/WW points, so I’m sure I’ll come back to it. The brownie mix, however, was excellent. I immediately ordered two more packs!”

“LoDough as a company is a great idea, should definitely add to their range of products. Made a pizza but didn’t use passata only tomato purée and it was very dry. The instructions do advise you to use it which I will do next time, hopefully that will make a difference to the texture. Yet to try the brownie mix.”

“I made a pizza with one of the bases.... it was delicious. Tastes just like a thin crust take away pizza. Also love love love the southern fried coating ... definitely recommend it!”

“I find Lo-Dough to be an acceptable replacement for "normal" bread for sandwiches, wraps etc. I am unable to eat normal bread due to IBS and find that Lo-Dough doesn't upset me at all which is brilliant. I also now follow a Keto way of eating and this fits that bill as well, so win win! It isn't bread and isn't like bread in any way but it does enable me to eat in a way that I would have previously used bread so I am truly thankful for that. I find it quite tasteless but I'm happy to add the flavour with the food that I put with the Lo-Dough and that works for me. I haven't tried it as a pizza base so I can't comment on that but I have heard good reports of it's use in that way. I guess this is a mixed review but I'm actually really happy with this product thank you. It does exactly what I need it to do.”
