“We used it to make enchiladas. We didn’t have the special cheese & had to use a whole jar of Passata to make sure the lo dough was covered therefore the calories per portion were way out. The lo dough is very fragile & splits very easily. I think using a whole meal wrap would have been low calorie and taste better & have a better texture. I also ordered the brownie mix. I added cherries when I made them. They were fine, but I wonder about the calories as it it is so stodgy.”

“Really enjoying the bases so far, I've used them to make fake away kebabs using vivera plant kebab, also made some pizzas and a cheese toastie. I'm still getting used to the texture of lo dough, it's not a bad texture at all, just different and airy. This is my second box and I've set up a subscription. Hopefully continue to see good results :)”

“Lo Dough is fantastic. It is versatile and can be used as is (chips), as a base for pizza, as a delicious pie base and even more exciting instead of flour when making microwave cake in a mug.”

“Love Lo dough as I follow slimming world and it is really low in syns, I'm also intolerant to wheat so Lo dough means I can have the wraps and Pizzas I have been missing. Also love the southern style coating.”

“Absolutely love Lo-dough, such a great replacement for wraps and a 'normal' pizza base!! Love it that much I have been recommending it to all my clients- ive even gave a few packets out to them to try haha. So easy to prep as well, I love cooking but im often on the go or busy so being able to have a freshly cooked pizza with ease is class! Thank you :)”

“I highly recommend the Lo Dough bases . I thought I would never be able to enjoy Pizza , Wraps Or Pie crusts again . Thank goodness I saw a recommendation for Lo Dough on a Keto group and took the chance of ordering from an unknown UK site.. (I live in Australia) Whilst the shipping costs are high , I order 24 bases and share the cost with a neighbour . Please set up an Aussie Distributer soon.”

“Very versatile product. If your looking for a low calorie, high fibre and gluten free alternative, this is perfect. I east for lunch every weekday as a wrap and use it for pizza sometimes on the weekend. The chicken coating is a really good alternative too.”

“I'm pretty new to Lo-Dough but so far I'm loving it. I'm on a low carb diet so having pizza, quiche and sandwiches is a massive bonus just wish I'd found it a year ago”
