“Lo dough is great! I joined slimming world 4 years ago and lo dough allows me to enjoy a pizza with no guilt knowing I can still loose weight. I fill it with everything I love (yes, this includes pineapple on pizza!!) and in the oven for a few minutes. I haven’t used it for much else but I know you can use for all sorts of things. It’s not the cheapest thing on the market however you do get what you pay for, when loosing weight is important as it is to me, i’m willing to pay for these things to help achieve your goal.”

“Lo-Dough runs an efficient delivery service. My favourite product is Lo-Dough bases. I use them each morning with Linda McCartney sausages and tomatoes as a filling breakfast wrap and the total calories is under 300. The high fibre content is great too. I have yet to try the other products.”

“I was quite sceptical about what these would taste like (I love my bread!). I needn’t have worried - they are great. I rolled one out thinner and used it as a wrap - delicious. Pizza is the next thing to make!”

“I bought 4 packets of lo-dough pizza base (2 per packet) on a whim as I had a craving for pizza. As someone who strives to maintain a low body fat percentage year round, pizza isn't usually a go to meal for me. I am shocked at how good it turned out If you have a craving for "guilt free" pizza then do yourself a favour and give the pizza bases a go!”

“I love lo dough. The products all provide so much fibre. I'm on a high protein diet and when cutting I find it hard to get enough fibre in. These are absolutely perfect for this. The bases are amazing to make pizza. Obviously it's not the same as real pizza bread, but whilst dieting down its so good to have this option. With it ontl being 40cals you can chuck a load of cheese and toppings on and the calories are still low. I've just tried the brownies as well! Again these are soooo good, I actually added some dark orange choc to the top and they came out at 90cal per brownie (8 brownies) which are so good heated in the microwave with some low cal caramel ice cream like halo top. Love love lo dough.”
