Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We just wanted to respond to some of your points. You need to enter a code to get the discount for signing up to our newsletter. We're not sure if you did that and you can always contact us if you have difficulty with the code. There is an option to ask for a stock notification if a product is out of stock and we will notify you when it comes back into stock. We're very sorry that you were disappointed to just receive 3 samples but there was no free gift on Black Friday as many of our products were discounted and this was the offer for the day.
