Teresa was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining to us about Long Home products they use to replace our roof. She brought out sample of product for my husband and me to see and actually we pick what type of root we wanted and color. Her patience in working with us in financing was very helpful and well appreciated. We enjoyed working with her. Yes, we would definite recommend Teresa to anyone for root replacement.”

“From December 17, 2021, when long Roofing called to schedule my installation, they installed January 11, 2021, although the workers were on time and worked to the end, my roof looks great. But once it started raining a different story, water from the rain to this day is still coming into my attic, I have 3 buckets trying to catch as much water as I can. I have called long roofing 3 times about it, they sent someone out on March 28, 2021, to fix it, but then said to me they are not coming back out if it starts to leak again. When It rained my roof started leaking again, a representative from Long Roofing came back out took pictures and said I see the problem I will inform my boss, the boss called me and said they will fix my roof, but to this day they have not come back out to fix my roof, it has also damaged my livingroom ceiling area, so I am going to have to reach out to my lawyer on this matter”
