“I purchased a Stove's range cooker from LEA. Brilliant service -friendly and helpful staff who managed to get my cooker delivered and installed 2 weeks before Xmas. Very impressed. I've used this company before and would certainly use them again.”

“Answered the phone quickly; very friendly. Also helpful in trying to find the model I'd initially wanted, then suggesting alternative when it proved unavailable. Delivery came as arranged and the operative were very helpful in placing the freezer and advising about initial wait time till filling it. A local family firm; I tried them after seeing several positive reviews from satisfied customers, and I'm happy to confirm their 5 stars.”

“We needed to replace our faulty Neff combination oven. We looked around locally unsuccessfully, and came across Long Eaton Appliances on our i-pad. From the initial contact with their representative Michael by phone on a saturday, everything went smoothly. We paid a deposit by card, they rang to confirm delivery after the weekend (which was free), and confirmed the delivery time the day before, the new oven actually arrived 10 minutes early !. We paid the balance over the phone to the store as they brought the new oven into the house. The delivery men wore protective over shoes and were very carefull not to leave any trace of their visit. We are very pleased with our dealings with this Company and have recommended them to our frienda and family . We will definately use them again if/when the need arises for other appliances.”

“Very helpful when I ordered the mower on the Saturday. I had very courteous phone call on the following Monday to say it was ready to be dispatched. Arrived in the specified time slot on Tuesday. I was given some tuition by the helpful delivery driver. First class service.”
