“From start to finish buying the cooker Michael was superb and professional plus the warehouse department kept us informed about delivery. The delivery guys also were polite and considerate moving the appliance without any damage.”

“Got the induction hob and hood at a good price. Staff very helpful at showroom and on the phone. Installers did a good job were pleasant and punctual so i am well satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“We dealt mainly with Michael, who was very knowledgeable and professional. An efficient and friendly service. We had an electrical issue which was attended to promptly. Would highly recommend.”

“I would like to thank and commend you on your outstanding service from enquiry to delivery. I encountered poor service from every appliance supplier, large and small, as i required an induction hob of a specific make and size, Despite being advertised by others as available, in stock etc, this model was apparently discontinued. However due to the patience of all your staff the model was just allocated a different serial number and available for immediate delivery. Although being away for several months you held this item for me and deleivery was arranged as soon as i returned. Truly a first class service which other suppliers just could not be bothered doing. A heart felt thanks to all your staff from reception to delivery.”

“I needed a new washing machine and found your shop very welcoming and helpful. David came, removed the old machine and installed the new appliance. It was a bit fiddly but David managed it with a nice, patient manner. I now look forward to using the new machine and will certainly use Long Eaton Appliances for any other items I might need. Thank you.”

“I recently purchased a Bosch Fridge Freezer from Long Eaton, they were considerably (£xxx) better value than the major online & "never knowingly undersold" retailers for the exact same model. The professional customer service, flexibility and ease of delivery were also second to none. I will definitely go to them first for my next appliance purchase.”

“I have just purchased a Rangemaster cooker. From start to finish, the most helpful, sincere and professional company I have dealt with in many years. Order placed, email confirmation received almost instantly, delivery department called to confirm date and time. Call on the eve of the delivery day to confirm time slot and a call on the day from the driver to say he was on his way. Nothing was too much trouble for this company, if you want a professional service and made to feel like you are a worthwhile customer, this is the company to buy from. This company know how to operate with customer service.”

“Have just purchased a Rangemaster cooker and hood from Longeaton Appliances and have to say they were fantastic from start to finish. I don’t often write reviews but these deserve it! From the start the sales staff were knowledgable and very helpful, through to the delivery team and fitting. Special mention to Ian the fitter who was superb and thorough and went above and beyond. “We needed to replace a Smeg range cooker that only lasted 11 years (spares not available – my advice is avoid that brand) and were recommended Rangemaster. We could have gone to one of the national brands but the reviews were variable. Those for Long Eaton Appliance Company were good and seemed genuine. And they would install and recycle the old one for £90 all in. I don't know; it might have cost me fractionally more than the advertised prices I was seeing online elsewhere but the service and installation were great – friendly, fast and efficient. Service and reliability beat price every time. Hoping this cooker lasts more than 11 years; if so I’ll certainly use Long Eaton Appliances again.”
