“Easy process, all staff friendly and helpful. Oven ordered and arrived early, fitted via Long Eaton Appliances no problem, prompt, no issues at all. Oven is a Neff, seems like a good oven, very fast warm up, had to reduce cooking times.”

“Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of appliances and best fit for my family needs, with the added bonus of if they haven't got it, they can source it. I felt that as they are a local and small company, everything was very personalised throughout. Including delivery. Highly recommended.”

“Used this company to order a new fridge freezer just from their reviews online. Had a bad experience with some of the big boys out there. Wasn't disappointed my fridge freezer had to be ordered came within 7 days. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. Will definitely use them again and recommend.”

“We had a very pleasant experience in store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We took delivery of our fridge-freezer within a few days. We were kept up to date as to an approximate delivery time the evening before and then on the day they gave us a more specific time slot and literally 10-15 mins from delivery the delivery men contacted us to tell us how far away they were!!! We were mightily impressed! Unfortunately when the fridge freezer was put in situ we noticed a dent in the door so the delivery man took photos and was straight onto the phone to report the fault and a new door was ordered there and then and within days the new door was delivered and someone else came to fit it for us!!!! Our experience with LEA was first class from beginning to end and we cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you all at LEA.”

“Found this company on the web when looking to replace my Smeg induction hob. Didn’t realise that they specialised in Smeg. Already had a quote from another company and decided on my selection. Spoke to Michael and was most impressed with his prompt response to source my choice and the attractive price. Received and installed within two weeks. Delighted with my product and service.”

“Customer service was excellent, price matched for our dishwasher, phoned up the day before with a time delivery slot and arrived on time with 2 staff to bring dishwasher into kitchen, with Covid 19 protocols observed. Polite and friendly. Thankyou and would use again”

“I looked at reviews and didn't see a bad one,so that was first reason I chose this company.so glad I did. I rang to ask about a particular range that I had been looking at and the guy I spoke to gave me a good description if what it offered.i also got a good price AND FREE DELIVERY TO CUMBRIA. I was kept informed of delivery date and when it was due I was given a times lot the day before .the delivery driver rang me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive at my home and that gave me time to get home from work. They arrived on time,were extremely polite but very professional. They wore masks which was reassuring. So what can I say... 100% recommend this company. My cooker is great too and does all the things I need. Its the belling farmhouse all electric with induction. Amazing!! Thanks guys,will use you again xxx”

“Great company to deal with. I bought a Neff dishwasher to replace my 15 year old Neff appliance, which had given excellent service. Unfortunately the new one didn't measure up in washing quality. After getting the go ahead from Neff, a free return and full refund was arranged by Long Eaton Appliance Company, in just a few days. Great customer service. I would recommend this company.”
