“After being let down (twice) by a large, well-known online company, I cut my losses and contacted a local firm. They were amazing. The salesman on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. There was very little difference between the price compared to the online store and the fitting was cheaper. The fitter even took my old appliance away free of charge which also saved money compared to online. The item was delivered and fitted within a week and I was very happy with the service. Would highly recommend.”

“Very friendly and helpful with my order. Staff couldn't do more. I missed my delivery and they arranged to deliver another day and nothing was too much trouble for them., great service. Definitely recommend them.”

“We were very happy with the work that Wayne and the rest of team carried out. It was interesting to note that our painter, who is used to working the other trades, was also very complementary about their work and a number of neighbours have asked for contact details.”

“This is the second white goods we have bought from this company, they are competitive on price. The items, the last one a Neff slide and hide cooker, was unwrapped in my house by pleasant staff, and checked.”

“Really impressed with this company. Bought a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, which needed ordering in and they were clear and honest about delivery timeframes. The price was really competitive and whenever I dealt with Long Eaton appliances on the phone, the service was excellent. I used the installer, who did a good job and I only had to pay the balance when I was satisfied with the installation. If you are attracted by the good prices, you will not find that this is at at the expense of poor or minimal service.”
