“Extremely helpful and friendly staff when speaking on the phone and going through the ordering process etc. Good advice given resulting in the purchase of a very nice dishwasher which turned out to be cheaper than the one I had had in mind originally. Delivery drivers arrived promptly as arranged also cheerful and friendly.”

“Very efficient in their communications and good delivery time. The only problem was that it arrived a day early. As it happened I was in at home that day but might not have been. I think that was down to the delivery company rather than Long Eaton. The delivery note said Thursday 16th (Friday was the 16th!). Other than that all fine.”

“Wonderful service from start to finish the sales team, especially Michael who made my day when I placed my order, were all very professional and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. “Ordered my kitchen appliances from long eaton , I ordered over the phone and they beat or matched prices on everything I required. They gave a date when they would arrive and got in touch when they did to arrange delivery to me. Items arrived as promised when they were required by my kitchen fitters. The cooker hood which arrived was damaged looked liked it was packed damaged as the box wasn’t, not long eaton fault aeg fault . A phone call to long eaton and a replacement was ordered right away without any quibble at all they then delivered it to me when it arrived and collected the damaged item First class service from start to finish can’t recommend enough many thanks John booth”

“We bought 4 Neff appliances when we refitted our kitchen.They held these at their warehouse for us awaiting the date the kitchen fitters needed them. We rang and they delivered them on the day agreed. Superb service.”
