“A great company to deal with. The staff are really helpful and contact you on progress and delivery. One thing that stood out for me was how they deal with problems. A month after delivery of a sink , when our plumber unpacked it, he found that it had been damaged in transit . Despite the time lag they replaced it without any hassle.”

“I would recommend Long Eaton Appliance the service received from the start through to delivery was absolutely faultless. Michael was very helpful throughout the quoting & ordering phase & the 2 delivery guys were so helpful and very thorough doing their job making sure that everything was perfect before they left. 10/10 from me and they were the best price by far as well.”

“Extremely helpful and friendly staff when speaking on the phone and going through the ordering process etc. Good advice given resulting in the purchase of a very nice dishwasher which turned out to be cheaper than the one I had had in mind originally. Delivery drivers arrived promptly as arranged also cheerful and friendly.”

“Very efficient in their communications and good delivery time. The only problem was that it arrived a day early. As it happened I was in at home that day but might not have been. I think that was down to the delivery company rather than Long Eaton. The delivery note said Thursday 16th (Friday was the 16th!). Other than that all fine.”

“Wonderful service from start to finish the sales team, especially Michael who made my day when I placed my order, were all very professional and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them.
