“Ordered my kitchen appliances from long eaton , I ordered over the phone and they beat or matched prices on everything I required. They gave a date when they would arrive and got in touch when they did to arrange delivery to me. Items arrived as promised when they were required by my kitchen fitters. The cooker hood which arrived was damaged looked liked it was packed damaged as the box wasn’t, not long eaton fault aeg fault . A phone call to long eaton and a replacement was ordered right away without any quibble at all they then delivered it to me when it arrived and collected the damaged item First class service from start to finish can’t recommend enough many thanks John booth”

“We bought 4 Neff appliances when we refitted our kitchen.They held these at their warehouse for us awaiting the date the kitchen fitters needed them. We rang and they delivered them on the day agreed. Superb service.”

“I bought a silver belling range cooker and hood from long Eaton and have to say they were fab. I dealt with Michael on both occasions who was so lovely and friendly. I was very dubious ordering from a company I didn't know but I read the reviews and all positive so contacted them. Due to covid I have been unable to get hold of items such as cooker for my new extension so have had to search the Internet as everywhere out of stock. These guys allowed me to put a deposit down and gave me an estimated time when due in stock. All documents sent through immediately via email (order information to read and confirm etc). My cooker came in earlier than expected. Delivery was reasonably straight forward. Thank you very much 👍”

“After being let down (twice) by a large, well-known online company, I cut my losses and contacted a local firm. They were amazing. The salesman on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. There was very little difference between the price compared to the online store and the fitting was cheaper. The fitter even took my old appliance away free of charge which also saved money compared to online. The item was delivered and fitted within a week and I was very happy with the service. Would highly recommend.”

“This is the second white goods we have bought from this company, they are competitive on price. The items, the last one a Neff slide and hide cooker, was unwrapped in my house by pleasant staff, and checked.”
