“From order to delivery, your company have been super helpful, competitive and efficient. Not only did you arrange my delivery at very short notice, but when it arrived, I'd ordered the wrong size in an item. With and smile, the delivery driver arranged a replacement, which was with me within 2 hours! Very impressive customer service. Thank you”

“I had previously ordered a sink with a different company which was badly damaged in transit due to a careless delivery company. UK Stock was virtually non-existent and most companies told me they wouldn't be able to source the same sink from Smeg until at least mid-September. Staff member Michael went above and beyond and made the effort to contact the manufacturer directly and source one of very few which were remaining in Italy to be shipped to the UK, which arrived a month earlier than any other supplier could offer! Everything arrived on time and in one piece. Many thanks!”

“The seven electrical appliances were delivered on time by efficient polite young men They have now been fitted and are all working well I have not used the electric steam oven yet as I am learning the appliances one at a time The gas hob gas oven and gas grill work perfectly as does the Miele dish washer and Neff extractor. I am getting used to the induction hob and will soon embark on the process of learning how to use the steam electric oven ! The cost was well below that quoted by the company who fitted my kitchen and I have already given the details of your company to the next customers who are having their kitchen done by this company! They were sent to view our kitchen and I showed them how to save couple of thousand ! Thank you for great service at an excellent price”

“Out of all of the online outlets in the UK you people really delivered! When we wanted an out of production SMEG coffee machine you got it for us When we wanted advice on an all electric range you got and expert to call and discuss the supply power needed We are 100% happy with the customer service that Long Eaton give In short you are the best and a massive thank you to all of the sales team Martyn Ryder”
