Morning, sorry these are sent out periodically as they reach a certain number by the computer. There has be a lot of delays by manufacturers caused by covid and the team have tried to keep customers updated as we have been told of delay by the manufacturer , i can see you now have your appliance sorry again for the delay.

“Great company to deal with and I would recommend. I only ordered a chimney cooker hood but discovered that I had made a mistake after it was delivered. They were unable to advise me on a replacement (due to being very busy) but after trawling through their extensive stock list I found a suitable replacement. They kindly arranged for the original product to be collected when the replacement was delivered and only charged me £30. Considering that the problem was my error they were superb in helping me resolve it. The pricing of the product was very competitive and they price match. Thank you to everyone at Long Eaton Appliance Company”

“Wonderful company very quick delivery and customer service is excellent. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend rangemaster customer care. They are the worst company ever. You can't even get hold of the customer care department.”

“Brilliant service straight from the off. I made a call to see if these guys could supply me an integrated wine cooler, they came up trumps and I arranged to collect the same day, beating the closest internet competitive price by £15. I would highly recommend you give them a try.”

“We were very happy with the service we got from long Eaton they Kept us informed about our order especially in these difficult times . They were the only company to give us any idea of a date that we could receive our appliance . Also there was no problem getting it delivered at no extra cost considering we live in the north isles of Scotland that’s unusual. Thank you.”

“Ordered Friday and arrived safely on the next Tuesday even in these difficult times. I did agree to a delivery slot 0700 - 1100 I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call at 0645 to say they would be with me in 15 minutes well done 😊”

“This review is only about my 'phone purchase of a Stoves range cooker and hood which is due for delivery in March (covid delay). Michael took my order in a friendly, efficient manner. He informed me of the delivery delay before he took the deposit. No problem at all.”

“V competitive on prices had exactly what we were looking for polite & friendly on the phone . I didn’t take delivery as I was away so can’t comment. But Hubby was so It was kerbside delivery and a nightmare as we have loads of steps so hubby and neighbours had to struggle American fridge and range oven up and into the house but we expected that to be the case as we had asked prio to delivery . Can’t blame them. I would definitely recommend and I will use again in the future.”

“Prior to national lockdown I visited the showroom. Staff very knowledgeable on all appliances in terms of how they work, energy efficiency, great product range, colleague almost mentioned purchases with special offers. Small deposit required to secure purchase. Great communication regarding delivery - payment process smooth. Delivery staff friendly and happy. Pleasure doing business with LEAC. Highly recommended.”

“purchased a huge Samsung Fridge /Freezer, happily the delivery boys got it into the kitchen and installed it for me. Also had a new kitchen fitted by the company 3 years ago, its still going strong and looks just as good as the day they fitted it.”
