“Absolutely fabulously service from this Company. Their prices were most competitive, their delivery service on time and the two gentlemen that delivered the cooker were extremely helpful and unpacked it for us to ensure that it had been delivered in perfect condition. Thank you all so much.”

“You can tell the quality of a company more by what they do when things go wrong. Bought a Bloomberg dishwasher from this company, & it switched off, the sensor detected a leak inside the machine, engineer came and did his best to repair it, it leaked again, engineer came again & identified the issue this time as a rubber seal, (I believe this is due to the manufacturing or assembly when new) There seemed to me a lack of a sense of urgency by the repairing company not linked Long Eaton I should add. I emailed the customer service manager at Long Eaton asking for the machine to be taken back as I did not feel the machine was fit for purpose, the same day I received a confirmation that they would come and collect the machine and return my money in full. Obviously they suggested an exchange but I asked for a refund which was immediately agreed to. I personally want to deal with companies that can not only supply a product at a fair price BUT can also be trusted to be there when there is an issue. My take is that Long Eaton were the real victim here Beko couldn't manage the assembly of their machine, & the servicing company showed a lack of a sense of urgency on keeping me in the loop on the repair. Long Eaton was let down by the parties in the chain yet stood up to be counted and in my opinion went above & beyond. On that basis I've ordered my replacement dishwasher from them and will look to them first for all my appliances. On the basis of my experience thus far I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were able to order a new integrated fridge freezer which was available for immediate delivery, however we were not ready to receive it due to our new kitchen being fitted and not yet finished. They were very accommodating by offering to deliver it when we needed it. The guys who delivered it were very friendly too. Over all a very positive personalised service experience. We were impressed enough to go back there again and purchase a new washing machine which was at a great price equivalent to the cheapest online price anywhere else. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“Two polite, efficient delivery men delivered my new tumble dryer. They brought it in and put it in situ. From ordering to delivery Long Eaton Appliances were very business like. Prefer to buy local and would certainly buy from them again.”

“Great experience, no pushy sales patter, l was left alone to browse for a fridge freezer but when l needed assistance l was given expert advice and shown suitable options resulting in a purchase. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for electrical goods and shall certainly be returning in the future.”

“Cannot fault the customer service, we had our kitchen around 5 years ago and recently needed a new door. I spoke to Ian told him my name and straight away he knew the colour and type of door we required. Excellent after service especially to say it was 5 years down the line.”

“I bought a range and due to Covid there was a delay in getting it delivered from the manufacturer. Long Eaton appliances offered a full refund even though we had paid in full upon purchase without any hesitation or quibble and were still very polite and friendly even when we wanted a refund. Fabulous customer service. I will definitely buy from them in the future.”
