“I ordered seven items and received two, the least expensive ones. They were shipped separately and arrived at different times, maybe a week or so after my order. It's been over a month since I placed my order. They sent an e-mail asking me to rate the items I haven't received, which I ridiculous. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.”

“They steal your money! 215015994 Order No 5 weeks after paying 131.50 for products, they still cannot tell me where it is. Was given false tracking no which courier says never existed. Now 7 emails to them later, no product and no update on when. No replacement product sent and no refund issued. No phone number for enquiries. Same response recd for 5 wks, no resolution offered. No goods received. Delete draft Finish review”

“I placed an order which I should have received two weeks ago. Upon tracking it was clear there was some sort of problem. I emailed lookfantastic and they claimed there was no problem as they had been in touch with the delivery company and I should get my delivery. There was no time frame given or an explanation as to why I hadn’t received the order yet. They told me I was able to track my order through my original email which I did once again after a few days had passed and I had still not received my order to find a message saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver and that I would have to contact lookfantastic. I sent this message as proof to them and asked for my money back. It is clear to me that it was never going to be delivered and I don’t know why they didn’t say as much and fobbed me off like that. I don’t appreciate being messed about particularly as I was looking forward to receiving my order asap. All in all I have been waiting over 3 weeks for an order that was never going to arrive which is not on. Lookfantastic must have known this but only acknowledged it when I provided proof. At no time did they get in touch to let me know that there was a problem or explain the delay or apologise for the inconvenience caused. It was down to me to chase and sort out. I have now placed the order elsewhere and I won’t be shopping there again.”

“Do NOT order from this site. It is a total scam. It has been 2+ months and I still haven’t received my item. Emailed them but they said their free shipping isn’t tracked and I didn’t pay for their express tracked shipping so yea, basically my fault if it’s lost. Looks like they are using some dodge ass mailing service considering the number of people who never received their parcels. I hope their company gets charged one day they’re obviously surviving on taking people’s money but not mailing out their items.”

“I was totally scammed by this company. I paid for my items and paid extra for them to be sent in 2 days. They overnighted me a plastic cup with a fedex tracking number. COMPLETE FRAUD. No contact information. Who ever is behind this fraudulent company, needs to be sent to jail.”

“I have not received my package after waiting a month. It looks like they may have recalled it as the tracking details don’t make sense. It went out and then I was told to contact supplier and it hasn’t been delivered. There is no telephone number or email address. It is only message via their site. I have contacted them and they aren’t interested in helping. Do not be tempted to buy as you will be disappointed when it doesn’t arrive and the lack of customer service and they will fob you off and not want to refund you. I still haven’t been refunded as they keep saying they are investing. Shocking........”

“Fortunately, I happened to be one of the few who received my purchase on time --- very very lucky. I bought it without reading the reviews and afterwards, I was so scared that it wouldn't come but thank god it cameeeee (: I pray that the rest of you would receive your package at the earliest ^^”

“This is a scam company. They are plenty of complaint in their fb. They are unable to provide courier company contact details hence request to refund. Status show item recall back but 1.5 months still have not reach their warehouse. I’m very sure they never even ship out hence unable to provide contact details. Raise issue to Amex on fraud case n request for refund. Any victims pls request dispute with your credit card company n make a police report to Block this company website hosting their server in your country.”

“This website is a absolute scam I don’t know why they haven’t been closed down and arrested. It’s theft. They send empty boxes and clearly have bought followers on Instagram to try make a name for themselves. The company is a total SCAM. More people need to know not to order from there because they steal your money.”

“The worst customer service ever! Company takes money says that they send the orders, then, takes money again without creating any order and you will never get your money back. They will continue telling that they can't understand what you're talking about. I've been trying to get my orders for 3 months. Horrible. They take money for subscription additionally without any confirmation or even without sending beautyboxes.”

“I tried to answer the question "Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Lookfantastic, What went wrong?" - Everything is wrong with the company and how the handle Customer order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 1. Bad Customer Service - don't expect a reply at all 2. No Tracing - 2 months and still waiting......despite the Covid-19 - they dont delivered, they can't track, nobody knows where you order is 3. I've spent USD1,000 - and 0 delivery....none was delivered! 4. I need 0 star as the worst ever company I've ever purchased. 5. If you have plan to buy from here, expect this is a scammed company. I am still waiting for my orders dated 2 months back (April and now its June - and received none)”

“Awful company, feels more like a fraud. I placed an order 4 weeks back. They claim it was delivered when it wasn't. They can't show any proof of delivery and yet are not refunding my money, or resending the products. Worst of all, they don't outrightly deny refund but keep stalling saying they are "investigating", so you can't even file a retail ADR. Terrible. There are multiple other websites selling beauty products which actually deliver and refund if there's a problem with their service.”
