Awful humiliating customer service! I have been buying the same brush for my boyfriend for years, from the same brand-Kent brushes. He wanted an exact replacement of his, which is rosewood (mid red) but instead I received beach wood (light beige). I messaged their customer support and it was a pain to send pictures over (you can only upload them on a desktop version of the website), which is very outdated way, you should be able to do it on your phone. Then after deliberating, they decided it’s the light on the picture that makes it look red, but the actual item is light beige. I have explained that it’s not just the picture, the description is also ROSEWOOD and if you look at any other stockist of Kent brushes, there are 2 options Rosewood and Beachwood. It’s clear false description, do not treat me like an idiot. Their reply again was about light on the picture. No suggestion of how we can resolve this. I’m still within my time limit to return it, but they haven’t offered even to send the item back myself. I have ordered the same item from another website. Before they shipped it, they said that most stockists are out of Rosewood brush due to Kent discontinuing it, they sincerely apologise, but they can only send me Beachwood. THATS WHAT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I’m happy with Beachwood if you treat me right. I’m not even going to try to call your customer service as I don’t want to have another one of your staff treating me like an idiot and bullying because I can clearly distinguish between red and beige. Will never order anything from this website again.

Don't buy from here.... Lots of trouble with this company!😶☹️🧐 I wish I did a back background check before I bought anything 😔

Shocking service ! don't order from them. If something goes wrong with the delivery you could be waiting for 2 months to get it resolved. Its been a month for me now. No refund , No order and no good customer service. A real shame as they have great products. I am not one to write bad reviews but they need to look into their customer service.

SENT EXPIRED PRODUCTS I ordered a dermalogica package from lookfantastic and they arrived unsealed, I also got irritations on my skin shortly after I started using them. I have written to them 2 weeks ago but no response yet. They also did not send any free gift that they offered. Save yourself the headache and do not but from this website!!!

Our latest experience with this company has been awful. After sending us a product which had previously been opened and which had severe water damage to the base of the packet, the solution they provided was a 10% refund only. As this item was bought as a gift and not for myself, as a result of them sending this item we had to purchase the item again from boots. In this scenario the company should be offering a full refund and paying for the return of the item not offering a ridiculous 10% refund. We used to be regular customers but will not be shopping from them again based on this experience. If you want a guarantee that your product is new then try one of their competitors.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst. I received a cream by Philosophy which is clearly in bad condition: horrible smell, caused me a terrible reaction. I told them, sent photos of the cream but said I never took photos of my skin reaction, because I never used it after the first time. Well, they keep asking me about my photos of the skin, I keep saying I have no photos. No solution, and what irritates me is that I wrote an opinion of the product to alert other customers and they did not publish it. I will never buy again from them, and I will always alert my friends and potential online customers. I do not know how can anyone trust them. So angry!!!!!

I bought an eye cream off this company which caused a horrible allergic reaction. They refused to take it back and refund me. So by all means buy from them, but do not expect any customer service - it is buyer beware territory. I will never shop with them again as I like to shop with companies that uphold consumer rights and legislation.

Don't order anything from this seller! It's a awful experience! I made a order on 24th of November, with delivery by 28th of November, I didn't receive my order by 30th of November, I wrote them that I want to make a return, and I want a refund from them. Today is 18th of January, and by now I didn't get my money, they told me that they will refund me my money when the items I ordered will be back at their warehouse, and they tell me that the items are not back by now! JUST DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! Also I read a lot of reviews from other customers, and a lot of customer had the same problem, or the items are not original, or the items aren't delivered! Don't repeat my mistake!

Lookfantastic sent me 2 large bottles with a near-expiry date - about 3 months shelf life. It was impossible for me to consume 540 capsules in 3 months. I had so many problems trying to return to get a refund as these are considered liquid & need to be couriered by companies like Fedex, which cost more than the products. Lookfantastic was not helpful at all & refused to budge from the policy of not paying for return costs first. Says alot about their integrity and customer service. Other sites send me fish oils with at least 9 months shelf life.

HORRIBLE customer service and SLOWEST delivery. Previously I waited for my product to be delivered for over 3 weeks, the next time was over 1 month. I recommend other trustable sites, and NOT this one.

Please beware of this company they sell fake products. Skin79 The oriental Gold Plus BB Cream I have recently received is a fake from what they show on the web site. I have had the product confirmed from an outside source that this product I received is a fake.

Horrible custom service. I ordered a bundle of mama mio products. One of them (worth more than £17) came damaged. The custom service offered me a refund of 20% of the price of the whole bundle, which was only £10! It means they wanted me to spend 7 pounds on the damaged product which I would never use?!!!!!!

I received a gift card at Xmas and decided to treat myself to some new ghd straighteners Unfortunately this company cannot accept part payment from the gift card and the rest from another source such as PayPal I accept that but the advisor was rude no customer service skills and came across so patronising I decided my 85.00 would be better spent with a company that appreciates business from loyal customers

Horrible experience with them. I got my stuff after a month that too after mailing them 100 times. They charged me delivery charges which means the stuff should be delivered to me at my doorstep but i had to come and collect my stuff from postoffice where again i was charged delivery charges. Pathetic services i would never recommend this site to anyone.

It's been two months.Please tell me exactly where is my package? It was confirmed by the reception that they REFUSED to receive it twice because the package was damaged in transit and they also had taken photo of that.I 've uploaded that as attachment to communicate with them thousands of time but they just say it over and over"This was delivered to the reception " "I'm afraid I can only repeat my colleague's words " "we are not held liable for student accommodations." Ironically,I even contacted the courier companies and send that photo to them.They were pleasure to help me as long as the retailers contacted them. I submitted the request to Lookfantastic twice,they replied to me unilaterally"already been delivered".However,the the service staff of express company said they has not receive ANY contact from the retailer .

I regret that I didn't check the review of the website before placing my order. Now only I realized so many purchasers didn't received their orders. I also never receive my order and the customer service is not helping except to suggest that my family members/neighbor has signed the delivery on my behalf. My shipping address is my office and I am sure that the order never delivered to me.

I purchased a 12 months subscription and they dont make it that evident that i would be enrolled to another 12 months and can't cancel so would have to go on for another 12 months!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! 12 months tied for sonething you don't want!

I am very disappointed with this company as I ordered some hair products (as I have before) ,as I had spent £26-00, I was asked to spend another £4-00 to quality for a free gift, which I did.......No free gift and no satisfaction for my complaint, I was certainly not treated fairly, l will not be using them again
