“I've just WhatsApped customer service to cancel an order that was requested over week ago and is still not dispatched. I've requested confirmation in two days via email, after which I will raise an official complaint and go to Trading Standards. Encourage folk to do the same.”

“Ordered products in the Black Friday sale and still haven’t received them. They haven’t even been dispatched, after contacting them via email and text messages they have refused a refund even though they’ve not yet sent the items. When I ordered the website stated it would be 2-3 days for delivery yet it’s been 9 and I’m still waiting. Terrible customer service. I will never shop there again.”

“Same experience as most reviews posted since Black Friday. Money taken instantly from account, and an order confirmation email stating no contract to purchase in place until items are dispatched. 7 days later, still no dispatch email, so contacted them. They said that order would be dispatched shortly. Next day, email to say that they were experiencing delays but that they would try and dispatch within 5 working days. I requested to cancel as according to their email, I was not under contract to purchase until after goods had been dispatched, only to be told no, because the order was in the dispatch phase. A week later, still nothing. no dispatch email, no ability to cancel. Contacted them again to cancel order and was sent a return slip, stating I could not cancel, but that I could return the goods and should ensure to use a courier that would cover the cost of the item. So, I have been sent a return label to return goods that have not yet been dispatched. Have reported to Trading Standards. I wouldn't keep this item now if it turns up wrapped in gold leaf. I will return the order, if it ever arrives (I am dubious that it ever will) and then I will chase them for the postage and postage insurance costs. DO NOT USE.”

“I ordered from them and have not received my product, can see it sitting at the post office, been there for days but all they say it’s on it way. I’ve asked for a refund but no response. I don’t want your £5 off I want my product or refund.”

“Was given gift voucher for my birthday and tried to buy perfume and shampoo and conditioner only to be told there are exclusions of over 3,000 items. If you miraculously find something you can buy and don't use full amount, you can't use twice therefore lose remaining balance, customer service is awful too”

“I have ordered 4 products and have only received 2. I have contacted them by the only means which is messages via my account and nearly 4 weeks on I have still not received. I have now asked for a refund. Really bad service and no contact number either???? I won't be using again”

“I have ordered £160 worth of goods, two weeks past and received nothing. Instead, we all keep receiving emails with £5 discount on the next order over £20. Don’t think anyone would ever shop there again- absolute scam!”

“My first order arrived in bits .The replacement was thrown over my neighbours wall .The last one hasn’t even arrived , Dreadful customer service ,cult beauty on the other hand know how to treat their customers . When my order was late with them I received a fab advent calendar . Several friends have experienced the same bad service and late deliveries . Avoid not fantastic!!”

“Absolute SCAM!!!!! Avoid at all costs. All the customer service are bots they do not help you. This needs to be reported on BBC Watchdog, trading standards they are thieving off people taking money but not delivering the goods. This is ILLEGAL. PS I would give -5 stars”

“Absolute shambles of a company, outright con artists. They've taken £310 from my account and 11 days later haven't even dispatched my order. They are refusing me a refund and can't give an answer on when it will be dispatched. They have done this to thousands of other customers and refuse to help in the run-up to Christmas. Customer services send unhelpful scripted responses that don't answer anything. I'm at a loss. If you paid with your card and 15 days have passed since you paid, you can raise a debit card dispute with your bank and they'll help you get your money back. I also advise everyone to report them to trading standards. The wait continues. They use My Hermes as a courier and don't package the order properly so you can expect your parcel left on the step to be stolen or it arrives burst open with items missing.”

“I used to love this company and used it numerous times every month but now I don't know what's going on. In recent months I've paid for next day delivery for it to not turn up then be told I'd be given money off a next order but that's never happened, and I'm still awaiting an order that hasn't turned up, it just says awaiting dispatch, ive messaged numerous time and all I get in a generic reply, no one is telling me what is going on. There are Christmas presents on my order and I have no idea whether they are coming or not.”

“They are taking money but not delivering orders nor are you able to cancel. Online chat permanently offline and anyone who does 'help' just says the same thing that they are busy etc. They just wont help or do anything. All I want is a refund at this point. Avoid this company, they are awful (also very suss they are all of a sudden getting lots of 5 star reviews on trustpilot when I have read thousands of complaints?!)”

“Absolutely AVOID. Tell everyone you know never to buy from this website. Bought an expensive perfume on Black Friday and 2 weeks have gone by, still says order processing. They emailed me to say cancelling as now out of stock, so I replied with how annoyed I was and they emailed back with it's now back in stock and will send out soon with an email update to follow? Luckily I paid on Klarna so no money has gone from my bank, absolutely awful that they're robbing innocent people/naive ladies at home buying expensive products. THIS WEBSITE HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN!”

“Awful customer care to say the least! I ordered 2 of the mankind advent calendars months prior to the holidays called numerous times questioning where they were and was finally told I would not get them as the courier returned them And now they are out of stock! What the heck! Never again!!!!! What a terrible ordeal. Shady and weird!”
