“I ordered on BF next day delivery and i am still waiting almost 2 weeks later. They also cancelled my free gift and claim I cancelled it myself (why would I cancel a free gift worth £54 when I spent almost £200 to get it). Their customer service is horrendous and they next actually respond to the concern. I am so disappointed and I don't know what to do but I know I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!”

“First time buying from LF and defo the last. I ordered over £120 worth of goods on Black Friday and over a week later, nothing arrived? I messaged them and got a email more or less straight away saying goods dispatched ….. one thing has arrived so far. Reading the reviews now I’m not sure I will get anything else. Very very unhappy.”

“This company are awful, I spent over £100 on the Black Friday deal and when my parcel turned up two things were missing around £50, countless emails and they've not sent my goods, going to ring trading standards and report them, it worries me how a company is getting away with doing this to people especially where people are finding things difficult at the moment they are taking full advantage, also they’ve no telephone lines and live chat never available please everyone avoid at all costs”

“I ordered 3 bottles of moisturizers and they gave me the products that is going to be expired in January 2022. It’s very hard to contact the customer service team and I got no response after logging into my account and messaged them. Seems like I won’t get my money back. The worst experience ever, not gonna use this website again!”

“It is a SCAM! They kept saying they had already issued a refund to my bank account, but I never received it. I asked them to give me the transaction details, but they avoided the question. They just asked me to check with my bank. It is so ridiculous! They should find out who they actually issued the refund to? Is this an internal fraud?! I will complain it to the citizen advice bureau.”

“I ordered goods but Look Fantastic are saying I haven't ordered anything (even though I was given a 'false' order number). They have also taken money from my bank account. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them. This so-called company seems totally fraudulent (reading reviews below) and I don't know why the relevant authorities aren't dealing with them. I just want my money back. I am so shocked that they are allowed to operate on the internet.”

“Total scammers! Products seem to be in stock at time of ordering, but suddenly the availability changes to two months. Tried contacting their "customer service" but I was greeted with a bot, sending automated replies on Google translate. Of course they will not cancel the order, even though they state that you have the right to do so, in case availability of a product changes, in their terms. Avoid!”

“Website sucks, impossible to login! Delivery also was only partially delivered. Half of my shipment has been stuck for over a month with status of "damaged parcel". Contacted customer service who said they will file a report and look into this. but there was nothing done after a week....”

“I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order. When it arrived a product is missing. I have sent countless emails and asked for a refund. Have been advised it’s ready to be dispatched. This has not happened. Very poor customer service!”

“BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM. This "company" is also part of THEHUT.COM. They are a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY WILL NEVER SEND. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. FAKE SITE FAKE COMPANY. I HAVE ALERTED THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.”

“Good luck trying to cancel an order once it’s ordered even before it’s processed or dispatched - their cancellation process in your account is bogus. And you have to then print off a label and pay for return.”

“Do Not Trust LookFantastic whatsoever. Customer Service is shocking when dealing with a formal complaint. Not taken seriously and all they do is repeat " I am so sorry for the i convenience caused". I am not all happy with them and will be taking my custom elsewhere.”

“Absolutely appauling customer service. Product ordered and delivery appeared to be on schedule, however delivery company have not delivered item. Replacement to be provided by Lookfantastic however this never materialised either. Customer service close tickets as "completed" but issue still outstanding. Have asked to cancel the item and provide a refund several times and this has not yet been provided. For a company that appeared to be really good at the outset, it has turned out to be a nightmare. Order originally "dispatched" on the 31st October 21, it's now the 28th November.”

“Even one star rating is too much. I placed an order a month ago which I never received. I asked for a refund or a new order. After weeks of chasing they said they dispatched a new order but yet again their courier has not made an appearance. I have no alternative but to refer them to the Trading Standards”
