Slow delivery. Item is a fleece material but feels very thin and poor quality. Not at all what I was expecting from ordering from this site- very disappointed.

Not the best crate in the world. Handle fall off so the lock is now useless on one of the crate doors. The locks are really difficult to open with the hook on the end of them. Sadly I didn’t have time to send the crate back due to me needing it ASAP. Delivery time was good and packing. Just not worth the money

I have had more than one mishap with Lords & Labrador. The first order took over a month, when I chased this up I was told the product was out of stock and then it appeared within the week — ok. Then I ordered a crate bumper and cushion which was covered in black marks as if it had been on a storage cupboard floor for a long time but this product was in the sale and I assumed this was why, after washing the cushion I was not happy with the quality so I sent back the whole order to which I was refused a refund as a result of the black marks which were blamed on me and the fact I had washed the cushion which meant is was used. This wasn’t a cheap order and I was not happy with this lack of customer care and service but I guess it was my mistake for not flagging a complaint as soon as I received the order even though I sent it back within days, also paying £15 to do so and I wrote a letter within the return explaining the markings. I was basically told I was lying and that the marks must have been my own doing and given an option of either accepting the product back to which I declined or having a credit note. All in all I am happy with most of the products I have purchased bar the cushion and crate bumper however it’s a shame to have had this experience especially when so excited having a new puppy to treat.

Really disappointed, order a particular item online, 5-7day delivery but with royal mail 48 delivery, didnt have a choice in delivery options, so just assumed we qould have to wait 5-7days regardless. Anyway that passed and nothing, check online, out of stock and had heard nothing from seller. Rang to query and refund as found it in the shop. No real explanation for lack of communication, just confirmatin of it being out of stoock and told i should have been notified but inhad nothing and unless i called i doubt i would have heard anything but they had my money. Thankyou for the swift refund. Shame

Placed next day delivery over a week ago and no communication. Yet the website is still advertising next day delivery guaranteed! Please be aware of this.

Overall disappointed with the service, I was sent the wrong goods to start with. once I sent the goods back I got a full refund accept for the postage. I was offered a refund on postage via Pay Pal after I chased and as I don't have a pay pal account no postage was ever received,

Bought harness for daughters pug, it broke after few weeks. Emailed company. Didn't reply . Not very satisfied with customer service.

Very expensive for what it was - a cage covered with fabric. The bed cushion is off poor quality and its too big for the cage - too high so my dog won't sit on it an edit also isn't 'squishy' enough. When I washed the cover in fairy non bio, the colour faded dramatically so that it no longer matches the cushion cover. Disappointing and overpriced!
