Delivery was several weeks behind what I expected. So I did not have the gifts before my flight. Very disappointing.

Absolutely useless, ordered goods over a 6 weeks ago , they have just turned up, These were ordered as gifts for Birthdays. On the web page no mention of out of stock items, or possible delays on delivery. I left 3 messages on the automated system as it seems no one can be bothered to answer a phone. Not one returned call. And now finally after an email exchange i have been offered my delivery cost refunded. Pathetic, i would never purchase anything from your shop again.

Ordered a week ago (29 August), still not received (5 September). Since you've charged £1.50 shipping for a tiny book, you could have put it in the ordinary post and I would have had it days ago. Maybe in future it would be better to ask for a review AFTER the item has been received?!

Tried to visit Lord's shop last Thursday afternoon but was refused entry due to lock down before T20 evening game. Ordered on line last Friday and still awaiting delivery. Rang up today and told it would be delivered before 1800. But assume that as it's now 1930 on Thursday (31/7/14) evening it won't be delivered today. Not very good is it !

placed an order 4 weeks ago, payment was promptly taken. I only received a confirmation of the order after requesting one, and I still haven't received my order! Appalling service

I got no confirmation email No recipt I called up and they assured me i would get a phone call back and no body did.? Im still chasing my tour tickets up.? Dont no how much i have been charged yet or are they even coming

I had ordered a XXL size Lord's Bicentenary T-Shirt Blue colour. Instead I received yesterday a S (small) size right colour but totallly wrong size. I now have the palava of returning the product and there is no indication on your delivery note of who is going to pay for the return postage. I am very, very disappointed and it is unlikely I shall return to your online site again. I would have thought for an organisation of such high repute such a mistake or carelessness is more appropriate word is most unbusinesslike. The item I paid for and ordered was not delivered - instead I got a different item - wrong colour. I called Customer Services to explain and also to point out that, although I was returning the item due to errors made by Lord's online shop, I would be responsible for postage costs; returns note states " Please return the item(s) .. please ensure you have proof of postage. We recommend that all returns are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery". I was informed that I should include the proof of postage note in with the returned item. I am not sure how I am supposed to do that? Standing at the post office counter with my parcel taped up ready for postage, am I supposed to rip it open after it has been weighed and I have paid for postage, insert my proof of postage (so I won't now have this) and reseal it? All the while, behind me a queue of people are waiting? I would then be reimbursed with a cheque!!! What extraordinary service! As a cricket fan who view Lord's as a home from home, this service is extremely disappointing. You made a mistake with my order, mistakes happen, although how one can confuse white with black I am not sure. You need to review your returns policy and make it easier, clearer and more appropriate to the 21st century. I won't be back to the online shop but will look elsewhere for any of my needs - what a pity. I will be attending the bicentenary match on 22nd June and this has not set the tone for what should be a great day out.

I ordered gloves on the 7th February and it is now the 19th of March. My order has still not been delivered. Lords have very poor customer support. You have to constantly contact them for updates. They don't find it necessary to let the customer know of any delays in the delivery. I will never order from here again!

Usually I don't write reviews but this is an exception. I ordered puma gloves for a friend as a birthday gift. The website is easy to use and the order process was quick so I cant fault that. However, i ordered on the 7th of February 2014, its now the 5th of March 2014 and it has still not been delivered. I have emailed customer services a number of times but since lordsonline outsource this service to another company called Direct2fans, I knew I would not get a straight answer about when my item will arrive. They did reply quickly stating that they will try to get an update from lords ground to find out why there has been a delay. The reason I'm reviewing the service as poor is because if there was a delay I should have been notified. It states on the website that the customer will receive an email if goods can't be delivered within the 7 days. I didn't get any correspondence from the company. I had to email myself to find out why my gloves haven't arrived. Anyway on the 25th February, they emailed back saying it should reach me 16 days. In my opinion this is a huge disappointment and I'm very unsatisfied because lordsonline did not even try to contact the customer about the obvious delay in delivery. At least I could've prepared for it. I will not be ordering from here again and I will not recommend to anyone else. Unless you like to kept out of the loop of the delivery and wish to wait over a month!

Hello - I do not normally write bad reviews - however I bought four sets of kwik cricket gear paid for it in December have had no contact from Lords and have still not received the goods - however my money has been taken from my account and we are now in March!! I am afraid that is my feedback.

The t-shirt I ordered for my partner for Christmas never arrived. To be fair, they didn't charge me for it. But there was never a satisfactory explanation as to why. Very, very poor and amateurish service.

Unfortunately we were not made aware that this had not arrived, so this has just come to our attention. The t-shirt I ordered was not cheap and I was expecting a good quality. The one I received was of a rather rough material and the badge was missing so much that I would consider it to have the look of a 'total breakdown' rather than 'distressed' as in the reply I received! This was the excuse for not refunding my postage. This was very unfortunate as it was a surprise for my husband's birthday ahead of a tour of the ground. "Unfortunately we can only refund the cost of the T-Shirt as it is not faulty. The T-Shirt is manufactured to have the ‘distressed’ look and this is correct on the T-Shirt you have returned to us. The website’s image depicts the design on the T-Shirt."

I was very unhappy with the whole process. I ordered something early December, only for it to be delivered very late February. The worst issue though was the lack of information and feedback on what was happening. I would get an email saying I will find out what's happening and then get back to you, only to be met with a months silence. I will not buy from the shop online again, as much as I want to support Lords.

The service received from Lords was very poor. The shop took payment but did not fulfil the order for 4 weeks. I had to call after 2 weeks to be told the item (cricket gloves) were out of stock but would be sent out the following week. After 4 weeks of no gloves and no update, I had to call again and was told that the order had been sent out. As the gloves were out of stock at the point of ordering, no money should have been taken and I should have been contacted straight away. It is Lords' responsibility to keep the customer updated. I shall not be recommending Lords on line shop and will source goods elsewhere.

An order was placed over the telephone after several on-line error messages on 19 December 2013. I was told that delivery would take place on 6 January 2014 due to the Christmas and New Year period which was fine. The order arrived on 28 February 2014 after lots of chasing up by me. Even then, the sizes received were incorrect. This isn't what I expected from a world renowned institution. We are a cricket club with a colts section and thus the kit ordered was for their winter indoor training - better late than never I suppose!
