Very good service except that the very small book "Laws of Cricket" was sent by RM Signed For. It would easily go through a letter box but I had to do a 10 mile round trip to the sorting office to collect it. AND a long wait when I got there. Totally unnecessary for a v small book

In praise of customer service - was initially sent the wrong (similar) item. However, when I called to complain, the correct one was sent immediately, and arrived the following day. The jumper itself is good quality and a nice weight. My son is delighted with it.

Purchased a bone china mug. Delivered on time but packaging could have been better - fortunate that no damage occurred. The mug is in an open sided presentation box and although bubble wrapped, the cardboard outer was poorly secured.

Very good customer service on the telephone and quite easy to order tour tickets online. HOWEVER: why can't I select a date and time when purchasing a tour ticket as opposed to having to phone Lords and book the particular day/time once I have received the tour ticket through the post.... 'seems to bit backwards and non-customer friendly to me ??!

Dear Warwick, thank you for taking the time to review the Lord's Online Shop. Your order placed on 08/12 was dispatched on 13/12, and unfortunately on Tuesday we received this back to our warehouse stating that it was undelivered, and then unclaimed at the sorting office. I will contact you directly to arrange getting another set out to you, and to confirm we have your correct address. Thanks again.

Service was excellent.Easy to use, although the postage charges for overseas sales should be clearly outlined. Perhaps when orders are placed current postage to relevant country could be linked to postal address, and then show on screen. The order I placed for MCC rule books was delivered before they were available from Cricket Aust and at a comparable price, postage included!!!!

The man I spoke to, was very helpful with helping me decide on my purchases. Then he arranged delivery to the 'said' address.

While overall my order was successful, I had to physically phone Lord's Shop to complete the order. The staff assistance on the phone was good, but having an international postage option online would be far more useful and cost less: as I had to make several international phone calls from Australia (to the shop) to complete the process, adding an extra day to the whole exercise as well. A bit clunky as it stands - and as a result, I am unlikely to order again until this situation is fixed.

From what I remember the Lord's online shop was very easy to navigate and use. However, I made purchases in July and August 2013 but have only been asked for a review today, 4 March 2014. I am confused.

The product was a bowling machine which came with 1 ball which on it's own is useless. There was no indication that I needed to order balls separately!

Ordering the tickets was easy on-line and when I rang Lords to book the actual day of the tour the lady on the phone was very helpful and easy to deal with - I await the tour next month ........

Very easy to use and tickets turned up promptly. However as they were a present , perhaps a small presentation pack ( similar to ones sent out with usual Test tickets ) would have been nice than just a leaflet.

I really wanted shirts relating to the Ashes which you only seem to do when they are played over here. However in view of our performance it was perhaps as we'll not to flaunt our support!!

Both my recent orders were delayed due to stock being delayed BUT my money was taken anyway in November. This isnt something you would normally associate when buying goods if not in stock or delayed no money is usually taken until goods are despatched. When I chased the goods in December I was told what the problem was and that goods were arriving late Jan so I agreed to run with the order even though it was an Xmas present because I did want the gloves. I rang again end of January to chase goods and was given the run around and no real help by both a woman and a man on seperate occasions, until finally I reached a different women who was extremely helpful and I told her so. She kept me fully informed and I have now received both orders. The lady is the only reason I have ticked GOOD as she redeeemd the situation, otherwise I would have put poor for a number of reasons
