“Ordering procedure simple enough, though ordered two books and they came from two different sources. The first one arrived promptly, though there was slight damage to the spine. The second arrived two days later. Overall, pleased with this order and although I usually visit Lord's a couple of times a year and buy from the shop, on this occasion I was laid up with a foot injury so was unable to visit. Would use the online ordering if necessary in the future.”

“Staff on the phone were so helpful in sorting out my order , really professional and were able to answer all my questions too. I would give them 5 stars . Unfortunatly I felt that the print on the shirt and they price paid for what we received was a little much .”

“It was what I expected, a tea towel that I've seen many times before. Thought it appropriate to buy it from the "home" as it is intended as a gift for a cricket mad restaurant in Sri Lanka! I might have some explaining to do!”

“first time i have used to on line shop, i purchased tour tickets, although i had four attempts at it, when i completed giving all my details i kept getting a message that my transaction could not be completed, eventually i rang and spoke to a very nice lady who told me that my purchase had been completed and appologised for the system giving me the in correct information. She then checked my previous attempt only to find i had got 6 tickets that i didnot need all my transactions had worked but i had got the same no transaction message, she then cancelled all but my latest transaction, all in all i was very pleased with the way she dealt with this . best regards Beverley Turner I am sure i will be a returning customer”

“I thought this was a beautifully produced book which I thoroughly enjoyed. My one small criticism would be the repetition of the Eton v Harrow pictures - surely one would have been enough when there was so much else that had to be omitted. (The one famous picture of the local kids looking at the Eton toffs outside the ground was noticeably omitted.) Nevertheless I would recommend it .”

“Although I was very disappointed that your website for the online shop had crashed on Sunday, and that when I phoned on Monday, several of the 200 year Anniversary souvenir items were out of stock after being advertised in a national newspaper last weekend, I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff on the phone. Together we managed to find something , and they made sure it was dispatched and arrived in time for me to give as a Birthday gift.”

“I ordered two replica training shirts which arrived promptly and were very well received .So much so ,I would like to order a third but I am unable to log in as I can not remember my Password. “Quick easy ordering process and prompt delivery. However, I'd asked for it to be sent to a different address than the 'registered address' of my credit card. It appeared at my registered credit card address!”
