Thank you for your review. I can see that the order was dispatched by Royal Mail, and they just need to update the tracking - this is usually done within 48 hours, but they are dealing with such a huge amount of parcels that their online tracking is updating much slower than usual and has been crashing over the last few days. Deliveries are running slightly slower at the moment (about 7-10 working days). If you haven't received it in the next few days please do let us know and we will chase it up for you at help@lostuniverse.com

You are asking me to review a item I still haven't received. Still waiting for a item I purchased 3 weeks ago for my sons birthday which was 2 weeks ago! Like a lot of customers have been saying, it says 3-4 days fast delivery, far from it! Every email I recieve from customer service blames the delay on royal mail, I've since ordered many items from other companies that I've arrived by royal mail, so I don't believe what you are saying. I would like the item to arrive ASAP, you were soon to take my money so I expect a prompt delivery. Shocking company to then send a review email, it's like laughing in my face.

Utterly awful. Part of my parcel was dispatched on 23rd November (according to email) but never delivered. Lost universe told me it was delivered 2nd December but I’ve been at home shielding from the 25th November so know for a fact that is untrue. When I emailed all I was told was to contact my local postal service (which I had, they said they did not have the parcel). I was then told to just keep waiting as there was nothing they could do. Shameful customer service, especially for Christmas!

Ordered 2 items after no sign of them after a week I emailed them and was told 1 is not in stock the second item then wasn't posted for another 10 days or so. Constant chasing via email. Very poor service

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES!! IT TAKES DAYS TO REPLY TO ANY EMAILS THATS IF THEY BOTHER REPLYING AT ALL AND IM STILL WAITING FOR A PRE ORDER AND A REPLACEMENT ITEM AS IT WAS FAULTY ON RECIEPT WILL NEVER USE AGAIN DUE TO VERY VERY POOR AFTER SERVICE

Item has arrive on time in good order it's a xmas present so won't be used till then happy so far
