Navy blue jumper colour ran during first wash and has diminished the white print which now looks more grey.

Bought a baby yoda face cup and came with no protection(bubble wrap) and there for made a hole in the box and also made a crack from the left ear to the mouth. The cup it's self looked nice would of been a better review if it came with no crack.

I ordered a gaming chair for £323 and I've had to send it back as it was faulty. I asked for a replacement and haven't heard anything back but they've still got my money, so not happy 😡

Ordered some Boglins from them as they were supposed to be the only UK stockist according to Tim Clarke on Facebook (Which turned out not to be true). Was a bit annoyed that they charged £40 for a Dark Lord Boglin when 365 Games charged £34.64. Other negatives were they took money upfront despite it being a pre-order 4mths in advance of delivery and didnt offer a simple 'cancel order' button on their customer logon. When i finally got delivery of the item Royal Mail dropped them off at 7:08am and left them outside my house next to the bin / public path in the pouring rain (Fortunately they were in a clear bag so protected from water). Not a great experience, would be discouraged from using them again.

Ordered an item that I was meant to receive in September due to pre release and still not received it and when questioned where my parcel was I was informed its not not available until November,had no email informing me of the change of date.

Still waiting for a preorder item, been waiting around 5 weeks now, with no updates to when it will be back in stock! This was a gift and I’m still waiting ! Would of like to of been kept updated on roughly how long the wait would of been as I would not have ordered if I knew it would take this long still no sign of being dispatched either !

Won't use again. Zero communication only contacted me after I chased them when a preorder took over 6 months to arrive. Poor packaging items packed upside down and little padding resulting in slight damage. Best to avoid used hermes to deliver oh dear.

I ordered 2 items on 4th June, one came immediately and was impressed with the product. The other I had to email twice to get an update. Still haven’t received it on 7th July. Apparently been dispatched but tracking info doesn’t say anything.

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent out and they no longer had stock of the original item ordered. When we asked to swap the unwanted item sent for another item of the same value, we where informed we could only have a refund. No real effort was made to rectify their mistake. Very disappointed.

The initial purchase was fine but the item was faulty. My 8 year old had to wait until the item was returned before anything was sent out in replacement even though there is proof the item has been posted. It's been 4 days since I sent it back and I have still had no confirmation that a replacement has been sent. Shocking customer service. If there was somewhere else I could buy a Boglin I would.
