“I didn't receive the wand in the blue packaging pictured for the Harry Potter light up wand. (It was the white/clear packaging like the Hermione wand). I specifically wanted a wand in the blue packaging as it looked more robust to store the wand in between plays with it. Also the packaging was a bit crushed on receipt as packed in a jiffy envelope. I could have bought this on Amazon for the same price and they would have packaged it better. Too much effort to return and was needed for daughters birthday.”
“My order was split in 2, first half was delivered swiftly, well packaged and arrived in time with tracking details shown on the dispatch. The 2nd half of the order, has no tracking details on the dispatch, is now 3 days late and I have emailed the customer support using details on the website and had no reply 2 days on.”
