I can see the refund was issued yesterday. Refunds usually take a few working days to process and the length of this depends which bank you are with. I would suggest getting in contact with them if you are waiting longer than 3-5 working days.
“Item great and good quality when it finally got it. Stated 2-4 day delivery, took almost a month. I had to chase it up twice with the company, no updates given otherwise. Good job I had time!!! Maybe let your customers know if an order is going to be late.”
“I ordered 3 items, a week after I ordered I emailed to see if they had been posted yet only to find out one of the items they didn't have . Apparently the supplier let them down, so basically they don't have the stock they are advertising.
Another week went by I emailed again in as the rest of the order still not arrived.i then get an email to say the items had been dispatched finally.
When the order arrived one of the items a set of 5 badges for £5 was half price £2.50. Only one badge arrived. When I emailed to questions that it never stated it was only one, the picture was of all five and when I ordered it never gave me a choice of badge so I presumed it was a set. The just said it was sent as a random one .
This is the first time I have ordered from these and will probably be the last.”

“The website itself is fine. One item of my order came really quickly, the second took at least 6-7 weeks to arrive. I had to write to customer services twice to actually get it, and nobody would give me any kind of timeframe either.
Wouldn’t use again, wouldn’t recommend either. It’s a shame as they have decent items for an acceptable price.”

“Easy to use, lots of cool items. Orders meant to take 3-5 days to arrive, with COVID I expected it to maybe take a little longer but after 10 working days I still hadn’t had a dispatch email so I emailed customer service. I had a response the next day and was told they would request an update from the supplier (as my item was fulfilled by a supplier not Lost Universe) and they would be in touch. After 5 working days I emailed again as I hadn’t received an update. I received a response quite quickly and a different person said they had sent a request for an update and they would let me know, alternatively they could arrange a refund if I preferred. I chose to wait and 4 working days later I had a dispatch email. Item turned up about 3 working days later. The item had a part not quite sealed properly but it still functioned so kept it. I know this was a supplier but Lost Universe are using them so you expect them to be good. Never did receive an update from either staff member that said they would.”

“HI there, I was thrilled to stumble upon your website and had planned to order more items for Christmas however, I was very disappointed that my item hadn't been delivered within 4 days as stated on your website. I was additionally disappointed that the item wasn't dispatched until days after ordering, without explanation or sympathy for the late arriving present and inconvenience this caused.
