HI there, I was thrilled to stumble upon your website and had planned to order more items for Christmas however, I was very disappointed that my item hadn't been delivered within 4 days as stated on your website. I was additionally disappointed that the item wasn't dispatched until days after ordering, without explanation or sympathy for the late arriving present and inconvenience this caused. I appreciate there are some delays being experienced due to Covid however, your website clearly stated 2-4 days so was expecting that as the arrival date and that is why I ordered with you.
