“My Boglin arrived missing its tail. I've twice contacted LU to ask if they could sort out a replacement item, but no response either time.
Product is good aside from not being complete. Communication very poor/non existent”

“As a company your absolutely amazing the delivery was fast etc. However the product is all scratched. I have emailed and be asked to return at my own cost, then I can have a refund. I just needed W replacement, my son is asd and can’t cope or understand. So now we’re just left with the item damaged which he won’t let go of”
“The company is great and I cannot fault the service. The rating reflects the product. A novelty alarm clock which is fine but the alarm is so quiet. It was meant to leave my teenagers without an excuse for why they need their phone at night. Backfired is an understatement 🤣.”

“I paid extra for express delivery and was told it was within the timeframe for Christmas delivery however it didn’t arrive until the 29th December. This was disappointing as it was a Christmas gift.”
“Wanted to give higher, but dissapointed. Ordered 2 lamps, one got delviered. Contacted customer services and got a iummediate replay, apologising and saying that one would be sent out to me...that fine, mistakes happen. However, had to contact again, when after 5 days hadn't got an email to say it was on its way. Again, immediate reply, apologising and saying that stocks low but now got them and will be to me shortly.....5 days later, email saying, refund is on its way. Don't have any.
This is really annoying and ruined a christmas present as i wanted 2 for two children. Also, don't sell what you don't have, and then don't say you can solve when you can't.
Also, the one that did arrive, while packaged really well, the box was very damaged. So assume it wasn't there fault, but again, dissapointing.
Would potentially use again, but would look elsewhere 1st.”
