“Negative stars I ordered in November; they charged my card and sent a confirmation email immediately. It is now January and the order still says unfilled. I have emailed them ( the only way to contact them) over 10 times and never got a response. So now I am out the money and have not received the products either. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOTTIE LONDON. They are thieves! They steal your money!”

“ZERO STARS!!!! I purchased 3 things on 11/29/24. I have yet to receive these items. My daughter was begging for the OBX perfume and it's ONLY SOLD on Lottie London. This fraud. Holding customers orders & NOT refunding them!!! $60 worth of product and disappointed daughter.”

“I placed an order in the amount of nearly $40 at the beginning of December 2024. They have never sent my products. They’ve had my money this whole time. They refuse to respond. I have sent multiple emails and I’ve gotten zero response. I have also notified Shop Pay. No response from them either. This is terrible that we live in a society where a company can take your money and just never send you the product that you ordered.”

“I would use zero stars but had to choose one to enter the review. Ordered outerbanks Pogue perfume November 30 has not been delivered and no responses to my 6 customer service inquiries and 2 emails. They took the cash though!!!!!”

“I got the lip gloss/tint, but both of the applicators were small. The tint dried out my lips real bad and the gloss felt more like a lip balm. Both dried out my lips. Elf lip gloss is so much better.”

“I ordered some shoes. The shoes I ordered were supposed to be uk size 9. Far from it. Way too small. Too expensive too return so £50 out of pocket. A scam.”

“I bought a pair of trainers that came at least 1 size smaller. They offered to send me a new pair with the next size up and they did, but they were still small. I asked for a refund but i was asked to send the products back to China! The cost of sending is at least £30 and i paid £40 for the shoes, so it’s not worth it. All in all, disappointing experience. They do not have a very good customer service approach about returns. I do not know how they are allowed to have business in the UK.”

“I ordered the Super Fake false lash effect mascara. It looked GREAT...for about 30 minutes. Then, the flaking and fallout began. The new spoolie I used is still full of flakes, even after cleaning. WORST mascara I have ever tried. Fortunately, was able to return for a refund. Also, why only available in black? I ordered from a retailer, not this site.”

“I ordered this product before and loved it. I then reordered two of the same item once it ran out and was incredibly disappointed. They came yellow and looked dirty, potentially mouldy. I contacted customer service and explained that BOTH were faulty... after months I got a replacement from a different batch sent after having to contact them again. I was told the first replacement got lost in the post which was fine. "Kyle" was very nice and helpful. However, I was only sent ONE to replace TWO faulty items and the "new" one is also yellow... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“I used to really like this brand. However, I have just received an empty envelope with the paper order confirmation and NO products that i bought. I am very disappointed and concerned where my items are. Why bother sending an empty envelop to a customer?! I haven't yet received a response from their customer service team either.”

“I got a lot of lip products (for a good price - too good to be true I guess). They weren’t packaged very well although that’s not a major problem. The product colours were nice but they have such a horrible smell that I will not be using them. Unfortunately I can not return them as I threw the paperwork away before trying them and they probably don’t let you return them if they are opened anyway! I will not be using and I will not be buying from them again. I will give away to one of the teenagers in my life- maybe they won’t mind the smell.”

“I ordered the pencil eye liner, the product is nice but the pencil is not a propelling pencil so the little bit once used, say after using probably twice has finished. Very disappointed as there is not enough product to give a proper review. This should be stated when buying, hence I will not be buying again.”
