“We initially visited the MegaCavern to tour lights under Louisville a couple of years ago. This was our second visit to the MegaQuest. My 7 year old grandson and I enjoyed it so much the first time we had to come back and tackle the zip line. He wasn't quite ready for the elevated obstacles so we are already planning a third visit later in the summer to attack those! He doesn't know it but the quest is every bit as good of brain exercise as it is physical exercise. Utilizing the gear and navigating the course is excellent for neuro-reorganization. I love watching him work through the challenge and push himself to 'do it afraid'. Wonderful experience to see the elation in him when he conquers his fears!
We also did the tram ride this time and it was fascinating to learn about the cavern's history. The ride after the quest was a good change of pace too!”
“Jacob was a great tour guide for the eBikes. This is a really great tour to go on if you are visiting Louisville. This is like nothing you have ever seen before and pretty amazing and fun!”
“We had a blast. The staff was really friendly and helpful. 3 hours is a long time to spend on the course. Next time, we're going to do the tram tour to see more of the cave.”
“We did the zip lines and had a blast. Kolyn and Kyro had us laughing the whole time. They are the ones that made it so much fun. It was the best zip line course we have done.”
“What a fantastic experience! My 12 year-old son and I had so much fun during our trip to the Louisville Mega Cavern! The Mega Zip line was fantastic. Our guides, Tessa and Kevin, were so kind , encouraging, funny, and professional. They explained everything to us, and we're helpful and patient during the entire experience. Thank you Tessa and Kevin for making this so much fun for my son. He couldn't wait to tell his friends about it.”
“We had an EXCELLENT time! So much fun! Our guides were Jakkob and Evan, both were wonderful - funny, educational, patient. They gave everyone confidence, kept everyone smiling, and made the young ones comfortable and brave. Couldn't ask for more!”
“We were running late for our reservation due to bad weather and traffic, they held our group for an extra 10 minutes for us since we called to let them know. We were so appreciative! Rachel was an awesome guide and so knowledgeable about the cavern and all that it offers!”
“We had a blast on our zip tour! A couple of them definitely had my knees weak! Our guides were kind and knowledgeable, Mike and Mike were great. Be aware that it takes a while, our zip started at 1230 and we left at 4, there were about 10 people in our group. There are some snacks like chips, crackers, and candy for purchase but no cafe and you can't bring in food or drinks unless you call and get it preapproved. I think adding a deli-like cafe with coffee and like items would be a huge improvement especially since there seemed to be no food options in the immediate surrounding area either! A rock climbing wall/area would be an awesome addition too. I did however find the price a little high. If it were in the $60-$75 range I would maybe go back in the future but at $100/person I feel like I'm very glad I went and experienced it but I wont be going every week. Anyways, we really enjoyed our time at the mega carvern!”

“My family and I did the zipline tour. We all had a great time. It was the appropriate amount of fear and fun! Our guides, Jenae and Maverick were awesome and kept it fun.”
“Our ziplining guides Maverick and Janae were a lot of fun ! They definitely knew their stuff! We had a blast! The boys also enjoyed the mega quest ropes course!”
