Having recently lost my wife of 50 years to cancer and faced with many household tasks I usually only assisted with I seen this as a solution to a frustrating exercise when changing bedding. So you can imagin my disappointment when opening the cover to find the stitching had come out rendering the duvet unusable. I'm not sure what to do now.

I wanted to return the duvet as it wasn’t the right colour I was expecting. Getting through to return was dreadful No one would answer phone. No return option

My king size duvet cover recently purchased is an absolute beauty to fit, but what a disgusting choice of material ,took an hour to iron and five minutes to fit. My mistake or is it a new crinkle flt look and it don't need ironing ???

I'd love to but delivery has been rescheduled twice and I still haven't got it? I'll give it 2 in anticipation.

The Company got the order wrong, then UPS changed the delivery date twice - and got it wrong. The most annoying part was that one of the zips jammed on first application out of the box and, despite various attempts - still doesn't work. The zips handles are too small anyway - perhaps buttons ARE better after all!

I received the wrong pillowcases. The website states the super king set comes with 90cm length pillowcases and the ones I received were 75. I am therefore short 4 pillowcases for this set :( I am hoping to receive a positive from the team. The packaging was nice, I haven’t used them yet.
