“Cover was far to big for my king size duevet I ordered 2 but very disappointed will not be recommending love bedtime”

“This was my first time ordering from Love Bedding. I was excited to get a full bamboo bedding set on sale. My order arrived and I was initially very happy. After a quick check, I put it in the washing machine to wash out the rose scent. It was only once I put it all on the washing line that I noticed a few small holes on one pillowcase and a stain on another one. The bedding is beautiful and so soft, but I'm relieved I didn't pay the full price due to damage. I have contacted Love Bedding about the issue.”

“I am sorry but I have not received the Alba King yet I am very disappointed with the delivery service UPS, they don’t provide proper information like DPD, and when they are actually at your doorstep they will not try your neighbours they just live you a note and damp the goods to their Convienient UPS Access Point for customer to collect the goods by themselves Well, I am not a young person and is difficult for me to walk that far I would prefer to pay for delivery and have the goods delivered with no problem I had email this morning that eventually they will try to re deliver to my doorstep within 1-2 business days, so I will see what happens tomorrow? Unfortunately my doorbell has broken up so they will have to ring my neighbours bell”

“order and service excellent but due to amount of ironing I would not order again I am over 80 and to much ironing would buy one if didn't need ironed sorry.”

“Whilst I prefer it to my previous cover I was very disappointed with the truly piffling zips. I don't have any particular issues with my hands but pity anyone who does. I assume it's partly related to the size of the zips but I found they snagged 5 or 6 times each side making it a much longer job than it should have been.”
