“Just unpacked the single duvet cover, and put it in the duvet. That bit is fine; however! I was somewhat surprised to find also in the package a bed sheet and two pillow slips! The outer package clearly says one single duvet cover - so it isn’t the packer’s fault. I actually could do with these accidental inclusions so perhaps you can let me know how I can pay for them.”

“The order confirmation came through straightaway but unfortunately, the delivery took much longer than expected. After a week or so, I sent a couple of emails and eventually received an update explaining the delay. It's a shame this wasn't sent much earlier. It was definitely worth the wait though - the duvet cover is brilliant!”

“I received my order promptly and I am pleased with looks and quality of the Romeo easyfit duvet cover. I received a quick response to my customer service enquiry and it is so much easier to fit especially as I live on my own and have always struggled to fit a normal cover and the buttons always seem to come undone!”

“Five stars for the quality of the bedding. Less so for the communication. I sent an email and message on FB messenger. I rang the number, it switched to SKY voice mail. Company address given is a private dwelling! Bedding was ordered on a Sunday and delivered on a Wednesday si no problems there. JUST IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS!!!”

“The quality of the bedding is very good and the creases ironed out very easily. The only downside I have found so far is that the pillowcases are far too big as the pillows I use are the contoured memory foam type measuring almost half the size of the pillowcases supplied.”

“Service was excellent and the product was with me within 5 days. The Tencel feels beautiful, almost like silk. However I have not used the bedding yet so cannot comment on usage. Thus I could give only four stars, as star 5 will hopefully emerge after use!”

“the pocket to place the duvet in is a great idea. Only zip duvet cover I have found on the net. Not sure how durable to fine zip will be. Having arthritic fingers the tab of the zip on the small side and found difficulty getting the zip round the corners. Having said that, anyone with normal digits will not find it a problem”

“This new duvet cover is an improvement over the old one which in itself was an improvement over 'normal' duvet covers BUT they still come with the most incredibly piffling little zip. If you have any issues with your fingers I think you'd best leave well alone or get a gadget to help with the zipping.”

“Arrived very creased but warned of this when ordering. 2 extra pillowcases sent. Much easier to put on duvet. Kingsize quite difficult to iron. Cotton/polyester would be better”

“Unfortunately there was a problem with the UPS delivery. Maybe not the fault of Love Bedtime but meant that my delivery was delayed and only after a long and expensive phonecall to UPS to sort it out.”

“There was a problem with the zips on my first package. When I called I received an apology with the promise of a replacement. This arrived two days later. The zips worked correctly now and my wife is delighted with the quality of the material used. Would have been a 5 apart from the initial problem.”

“There seems to be acres of bed sheet to grapple with - the first time is the worst time. Your struggle is rewarded by a perfectly fitting, comfortable, luxury grade duvet. Well worth the effort - subsequent fittings much easier!”

“I was delighted to find a firm that sold zip duvet covers as I am 87 years old and have been struggling with our king size duvets for several years. I am looking forward to changing the bed covers now so first use will be this week. It would be nice if there were some pretty patterned ones too. A marvellous idea.”

“Love everything about it only one little gripe if only they didn’t need ironing!Amy other duvet covers are difficult to put on but are in easy care fabric so no ironing and dry completely create free. If your covers coul be in similar fabric they would be perfect”

“PLEASED WITH QUALITY AND CONCEPT AS AN ADVISOR TO THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED BEFORE MY RETIREMENT< I NOW NEED HELP MYSELF! HENCE MY ONE CRITICISM THE ZIP TABS ARE FAR TO SMALL FOR STIFF FINGERS IF THE TABS WERE LARGER WITH A SMALL HOLE IN THEM ONE COULD USE ZIP OPENERS/CLOSERS [SMALL HOOK ON A STICK”
