I wrote to the lovebook team I got a response very quickly and was told they were sorry and as soon as possible a brand new book would be printed and given up again. The next day I received the e-mail that they had given up the new book, which I received within 4 days (two working days). I am completely satisfied with them. thank you very much for their quick reply and for being so kind and helpful. The only small remarks are that the packaging is not exactly the best sealed.”
